I visited the Lifeplex Health CLub with a friend. Very impressive place.
They offer just about everything. Boxing Introduction, cheerleading classes, beginner & advanced tennis, Mom/Dad & Me swim classes starting for children 6 mo-2 years (a great idea).My grandson did this one, starting at 18 mos. They offer private swim lessons as well and competitive and pre competive lesson.
There are the Aerobics classes, a womens only fitness center, yoga, indoor track, hot tub, massage, spin classes and an exceptional cafe offering healthy foods.
They have rock climbing (my new sport).
This is an amazing place with something for everyone and you don't have to be a member to take the classes.
