This is a great place for a celebration, so much fun, this restaurant is beautifully decorated and you really feel like you might be back in Tarist Russia. Great time. I go there to check out the new (and the old) Russian restuarants. I have gone to plenty and Russian Samovar really stands out by the food quality and personal service.
