I was there today. The selection was so awesome I was confused. They needed help and had a sign up. I think you need to speak to the manager before you complain. There is a photo of him in the store. I picked up a PepBoys Auto Rewards card. It is not a credit card, but a membership card with some nice benefits if you have a local PepBoys in your area. The person at the counter provided information about an oil change. I haven't made a decision yet because there are competing offers that are more attractive. Without experience with them I proceed with caution.Their literature indicates they have ASE-certified technicians which is a plus if this is true.

I had an oil change with standard oil and they tried to charge me for synthetic oil, which is $30 more. I protested and the cashier lowered the price. However, when I asked why he was initially charging me the higher price, he mumbled something about how someone else made a mistake. I do not trust the cashiers and plan to take my business elsewhere.

i bought a fuel pump and it went bad this is the second time in three months i had a problem with this fuel pump, the cashier was very rude and didnt want to refund my money after the manager {kirk} and the counter person told her it was defective item this was not the first time i had encounter a problem with her the last time about two years ago she accuse me of stealing not paying for a item that my co worker tried to return, when the receipt was shown that the product was payed for she said oh yes i forgot
