This business sucks. I brought my Audiovox XRO9100 900-MHz to be installed by this guy George on a Thursday. He told me the car would be ready the next day. I picked up the care and everything was working fine. On sat I went to the supermarket and came home to drop the grocery off. When I got out of the car the alarm went off. When I press the key pad it would not work. I tried everything to turn it off and it wont stop. Eventually I shut the doors and it went off after a while. I got my other key pads and try to unlock and get into the car again and the alarm went off and refuse to go off. I called Slopes and spoke to one of George Tech and they walk me through the process of disarming the alarm. They told me to come back to the shop to look at it. I go back and wait for about 10 min to then be told by George that the alarm key pads is no good and to call the company. At this point im like what? How is that possible? I bought this system brand new. How can 2 keypads be no good when they were both working fine when I left on Friday. George tells me that he does not know and that I should call the company. At this point im piss because George does not seem sure in what he is saying and im getting angry at this point. Then the guy who installed the alarm chimes in and say yes its the keypads. Not once did the tech guy go into the Brain and check to see if the installation was done wrong. They just came back and told me what I bought is no good. At this point im piss because my Alarm isn't working and these guys are not telling me what the problem is exactly. So I leave slopes very angry and frustrated. I knew deep down that the alarm was fine and was determine to get to the bottom of this. I decided to go to Pro line (the competition for slopes) that night and have them check it out for me. I told them the story and the guy instantly told me I should have never went to Slopes. He told me he will look at it and let me know. When they came back they told me they would have to get into the brain of the alarm to really see whats the problem. The guy told me to come back on Monday and they will look at it. He told me if its minor he will only charge me $75. On Monday morning I drop the car off and within the hour my car was fix. I was told that the installation job that Slopes did was faulty and that the wiring was messed up. I called George back and gave him a piece of my mind. George try to tell me that I should have came back to him. Why in the world would I go back to him after he told me my alarm pads were no good and to call the company. He did not want to even check the car properly to make sure the installation was correct. He just dismiss me because I didnt buy the alarm from him. During the whole conversation he did not once take blame for his mistakes. All he did was pussy foot around. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BEWARE!!!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL. GO TO PRO LINE FOR BETTER JOB.

I have known George, the owner/manager of this store for over 10. They do great work and they back their products and work. I had a small programming problem with a job they did for me. It was actually my fault cause my son was eating the remote for my alarm system. nevertheless they re programmed the system with no problems and no hassles. So if you are looking for a good car electronics guy, look no further than Slope. But prepare to laugh cause George is fuuuuuunnnnnnyyyyy.
