Malta Debbie - Q Dental Group

I took my son to Qdental 6 months ago for a cleaning. They did Xrays and found a cavity and filled it. 3 months later he's complaining of horrible tooth pain. I take him back and surprise surprise he needs a root canal on same tooth. We just finished paying for root canal and crown and have switched dentists.... His recent xrays are showing 6 cavities that they missed and sealed over...I wish I could take legal action on this place.

This Q dental is a sham... their dentists are horrible. They cheated and misdiagnosed my cavity as sensitivity, over charged me and my insurance company big time. They are true fraud. Now, I had to go to another dentist they found the cavity they filled was not filled good. There was another cavity they they missed. Lastly, all the expenses they inflicted on me were just useless. How come they miss a huge cavity after 2-3 times taking x-ray in two months.
The dentists there are fraud. I don't think they graduated from university.
They charged me 3 times more than they should. It is a huge rip off.

Watch out for these people. Quoted one number for a service and was then billed an amount almost 3 times higher. Apparently this is a pretty common practice. If you use these dentists, be sure to discuss billing in advance and make sure you get the quote in writing prior to having the procedure performed.

The instruments were dirty, the drain was filthy and had yellowish stains around the rims. I ended up developing a bad infection on the corner of my mouth the very next day. They took xrays that my prior dentist could have forwarded from 6 months ago but they decided to skip that route. Since they didn't inform me that that's what they were doing and my insurance only covers one set a year, they made me pay for it. On top of that, when I did call to pay, I was put on hold twice for 20 mins. at a time. I got fed up and said I just wanted to pay my bill and cancel my next appt. This is one place I am never going back to!

I recently went to qdental group after trying other offices, and am very glad I did. I had a good experiene and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I had a wonderful experience at Qdental. The staff was friendly, and it was a pleasant office. Overall, I was very happy with the work I had done (root canal!). I would recommend!

I had a dentist appointment (adult dentist) and that night I got real sick, so the next morning, the morning of my appointment, I called to cancel. Oh my was the receptionist rude. She was like, no you can't cancel, you have to come because the dentist you normally see is leaving and he wanted to finish up your work today before he leaves. I told her I may have strep throat and that I needed to see my doc before I come to my appointment.. she said "we don't mind, come in, if you don't come we wont be able to reschedule you" excuse me??? I said. Well I ended up telling her that I was finding another dentist because I ddn't like their/her policies and that she will not be seeing me there ever again.

PROS: nada
CONS: will not reschedule, wants you to go when your sick
