Janna Beauty Spa

I was hairy like a beast , my boyfriend can't stop complimenting how smooth my body feels after several treatments of laser hair removal. The staff of the spa is very professional, makes you feel very comfortable and low key. I've also tried facials and was amazed by the thorough job, great massage and very warm decorated , extremely clean rooms with lot of sophisticated facials and body machines. Janna beauty spa uses only natural and organic facials and body care. I highly recommend this Spa.

There are 2 excellent masters - Vika for wax and manicur and Sveta for facial. Janna, the owner of spa tries to earn money without investment. That's why this spa needs reconstruction. That's why she makes appointments very tight - you have to wait all the time for 20 mins or even more. There is no receprionist and manicur master is answering all telephone calls during your time. Laser master and owner Janna is worriing about her car munimeter than your procedure even if you are waiting for her for 20 minutes. She likes to offer clients make up products even if you don't like it. there are no respect to clients.

I have nothing but great experiences here!! I have many differnet things done here from waxing to laser hair removal. I love going for mani/pedis here and right now they are having a special of $25 mani/pedi!! love it!! The woman here are very nice!!

I had an awful waxing session at Janna recently. The woman doing the waxing asked me if the wax was too hot and I said YES. She tried to adjust the vat of wax but it kept getting hotter, not cooler. I wanted to run out of the place but couldn't with 2 half-waxed legs! She rushed through the procedure, waxing a too-large area of skin at the same time before using the rags to remove the wax, I guess to save time or the hassle of redipping the stick. IT HURT! During the session she had a loud and angry verbal exchange with another worker in the hall outside our closed door in a language I don't know, which did the opposite of calming me down, which is what I was trying to do to counteract the feeling of being burned, literally and figuratively. This is a BEAUTY SPA? What part of SPA includes angry voices during a treatment? I've had much better waxing experiences at cheaper salons. I won't be going back to Janna. You've been warned.

After trying out a few waxings and manicures here, and being pleased with the results, I decided to try a facial. I was pleasantly surprised by it, especially given the relatively cheap price. The facialist was considerate and thorough. The extractions were a bit painful, but she did a great job! My skin looks great, and I'll definitely return for more!
