I am sorry to read a bad review about Ali because my experience was the complete opposite. I went to this salon with a tired old look and pretty much let Ali do whatever. He gave me a great cut, the best in years. So good that I've been back to him several times now and am happy with the results every time. I felt like he listened to me, answered my needs and was also incredibly fast! The salon itself is a really nice environment. Everybody from the charming guy at the desk to the coat check lady are very friendly and welcoming. Best of all is Duffy, the brow genius. She literally transformed me. I think the salon is value for money and would highly recommend.

I went to Roy Teeluck the other day expecting a good haircut - however, what I received was worse off than if I were to have gone to Supercuts. I told ALI from the beginning that I did not want anything drastic and just a simple cut - He told me to "trust him" and they he knew what he is doing. As I was watching him cut chunks out of my hair - he saw my apprehension and just said - "trust me." I do not know why I did - I should have sat up from the chair the second I saw him trying to go shorter and shorter - The cut is so uneven and messy - it looks absolutely horrible! He thinks its a work of art! I would not recommend going to ALI for anyone - unless they want his distorted vision of what haircut should be - I will never go to Roy Teeluck Salon again, and I will never go to ALI! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I never heard of this salon until I received a gift certificate to it. I looked at its website before scheduling an appointment and saw it was quite pricey! That gave me very high expectations! I have always had long, thin, straight blond hair..never really made any extreme changes in my hair. Since I had this gift certificate I figured this was the best time to make a drastic change because it wasn't worth paying a lot of money for a trim. Arriving at the salon I was happily surprised by the calm colors and open space. The stylist, Adeline, was extremely nice from the beginning, listened to what I wanted and then gave her professional opinion. I was going for a shorter style (not too short though) and red hair! I was definitely nervous! Adeline helped me pick a color that would look natural and won't fade poorly in the future. She also gave me pointers on how to keep the red from fading...washing styles, shampoos, conditioners. I also had a mini head massage while she washed the color out of my hair and had some tea while she styled my hair. I was completely satisfied with the cut and color! It was exactly what I wanted! Even though I spent more than I expected ($300), it was worth every penny. Adeline was great!! =)

Ali is the BEST! I got my hair cut and dyed by him and I get complements all the time. I?ve had long thick curly brown hair my whole life and I wanted to go short because that seems to be the style now. I figure that if I was going to go short I should do it right since this was going to be a big change for me. So I city searched top salons and found roy teeluck and read its reviews and made an appointment, in which they scheduled me with ali. I brought in some pictures with me to give him some ideas of what I was thinking and along with his consultation, in which he is very knowledgeable about what fits your face, he gave me this short trendy cut with a sophisticated chic edge. The best part is that my hair was long enough to donate it to locks of love and as a result my cut was FREE! I Love it and so do my family, friends, and coworkers. Ali really knows what he is doing and he will give you his honest opinion. I will definitely recommend him and he is a keeper! I will always go to him whenever I need to get my hair done. He is awsome and knows what he is doing.

This was my first time to Roy. I have been to a million salons and I know what a good salon meant to be. I have finally found the one that is just right! I made an appointment with Ali for a haircut and I am so glad I did. Before Roy, I knew he worked with the best European hair stylist, and it really shows. He is extremely talented, very confident and creative. My hair is super straight, and I have a major volume problem. Ali gave me a layered haircut with a natural look that gave my hair tons of volume. He is also very knowledgeable about coloring. He considers the face shape, the skin tone and your style, and then makes suggestions. Believe me, I am extremely picky when it comes to skin care and haircut. Make an appointment with Ali, I am pretty sure you will love it. He is young and very talented. Actually, he is the BEST. I would definitely come back again even tough I live 90 miles away! I LOVE NEW YORK, I LOVE ALI :)

I thought I submitted this review a few weeks ago, but I just noticed it didn't post...I'll do my best to recreate the review...I moved here several months ago and started with another salon in the city. I dreaded walking in the place (very pretentious) and I hated my hair each time I walked out (not to mention I was getting blonder each time). It was just easier to keep returning, because I didn't know where else to go. I was having highlights, full and partial with foils. I was thinking about flying back to my salon at home, but I decided to do some research on other local salons. I came up with two names, and with the New Year I decided to give a new salon a try ? Roy Teeluck Salon. From the minute I walked in I was greeting by a friendly staff, and although Benoit was finishing up with a client, he took the time to greet me. I drank a cappuccino while I waited, and as a new client I was offered a complimentary manicure?so far so good. I had the opportunity to talk with his client and she gave Benoit a glowing review. Benoit started with a consultation, and listened to what I wanted. We both agreed the goal was to be a ?natural blond? again. I was horrified when Benoit asked if I had a full head of highlights lately (I did) and pointed out the several months growth at the back of my head! Benoit performed his miracle ?color correction?, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the result. He even ordered lunch for me! I had a blowout from Tim (very, very nice) - he did a fantastic job! I have had many compliments on my hair since walking out of the Roy Teeluck Salon. Thank you, Benoit, Tim and all! Truly, The Best.
Oh, I am using a few new products recommended by Benoit - Leonor Greyl...they work!
And I wanted to say something about a couple of recent negative reviews...I would attribute these to the competition or someone's own agenda. They are voted the best for a reason. Thanks for reading and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I recently shifted to Manhattan. I am black haired and was dying for a change in the style and color of my hair when a new friend suggested to try Roy Teeluck salon. I was nervous of going to an altogether new place but decided I would try. I was anxious when I entered the salon,but the receptionist was so comforting and a real good counselor like.. I lost half of my anxiety... and Ali ... he is simply superb! He listened very patiently to what I expected and finally gave me a look for which I was craving!! An elegant ,modern but comfortable look!
I feel very confident with my new style and color.. Thanks to Ali.

After months of pondering I decided I wanted to take the plunge and get my long hair cut to a short new bob. I have been to many places in the city and wanted to find a hair salon that would able to take my hair from long to short and leave me leaving the salon loving my new 'do not crying. After reading the amazing reviews on citysearch I realized that the Roy Teeluck salon was the place for me. I called on a Tuesday thinking they would never be able to fit me in. To my surprise they could and at a time that was good for me. The receptionist couldn't have been friendlier and listened to what I was looking for.

When I arrived the staff couldn't have been nicer and down to earth. Not stuffy like a lot of the salons you find in the city. The shampoo girl was amazing...I felt like I was getting a head massage at a spa!

Then I moved to the salon chair where Ali listened to all my concerns and exactly what type of haircut I was looking for. I have to admit I was nervous b/c I hadn't had such that short a haircut since I was 9 years old. I also have very think hair so I wanted to make sure this new bob wasn't going to leave me looking like a mushroom. Once Ali began cutting my fears went away, and actually I felt so relaxed that I thought I could fall asleep. Once all complete I felt like a million bucks! I LOVE my new haircut; I still can't get over it!

So overall, as a VERY picky Manhattanite I would definitely recommend this salon for their personable and very talented staff. I will be going back in the future.

Since moving to NYC over a year and a half ago, I've been searching for the perfect salon with no luck. Now that I have found Roy Teeluck Salon, my search has ended. Ali gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had!! He looked at the shape of my face, suggested a certain style and I told him to go for it. It came out great. My hair is curly/wavy and can sometimes be difficult to cut and style...but Ali had no problems at all. He also took the time to explain to me how I should dry my hair and he gave me tips for how to make it an easier process. Ali is awesome, and I highly recommend him if you want a great haircut! Lauren did an amazing job on my color too...but sounds like she is gone? That's dissapointing.

I love love love what Benoit and Dora have done to my head. I've been doing highlights on my own for many years (long hair!) have been to a few good salons, but I was tired of the Line i get from foils. I read about the Roy Teeluck salon, and Benoit - he does Balayage Color Highlights not foil. True artist, he took me from a yellowish mush of highlights to a gorgeous 'baby' natural blonde.. I was afraid because it was much blonder than ever, but WOW people couldn't get over my hair. And Dora - another wow! worked wonders on my waist long hair, gave me layers that I only dreamt of.. Def. recommended.

I had my hair cut and colored - excellent and timely service. Abby was very attentive to my goals and concerns about hair color - I'm delighted with the results. Dora did a great cut that works with the way I prefer to wear my hair, long for play and pulled back for work. Both listened well and delivered on my expectations.

i have lived in NY for 9 years and have been to many different hair salons trying to get the natural blonde back in my hair. This Christmas i was looking at pictures of me and my daughter who is five and i realized that we had the exact same hair color! Benoit is the best...a true artist!!!

I went to this salon over the weekend, and got my hair correctively (bad color from a different salon) colored by Lauren. I have to say, I didnt completely trust her with her que sera attitude and cool composure.... wasnt too sure if she was listening to what I was saying. But WOW, the woman knows her stuff. She went to work on my hair and I swear, my hair has never in my entire life looked this good. She knows her stuff for sure.

After Lauren, I was seen by Enzo... same thing with him. I wasnt sure if he knew what I was talking about... while I was talking, he was frowning and nodding and looked absently around... but then he worked his scissors and I had to mumble "oh wow oh my god" at least ten times as he was cutting and drying and styling my hair. I left there feeling like a hair commercial, and it didnt break my wallet either.

I am TOUGH when it comes to hair salons and I have FINALLY found my salon. They know what they are doing here... I was closely observing the clientele and everyone that walked out of there looked like a million bucks. Not to mention, the service is kind of crazy with how naturally friendly everyone is. It is the most unpretentious place I have been to in a long time, and Im glad to have finally found it.

I went to Roanni for the first time right before Christmas and spent the holidays constantly getting compliments on my new look. I have very fine, straight hair and usually stylists cringe when they see me coming. It's easy for me to get a bad haircut. Roanni was amazing! Not only did she give me a great haircut but she also focused on shaping it so that even as it grew out over the past few weeks, I don't have that uneven "I badly need another haircut" look.

Tim Johnson made my hair look fabulous! Tim Johnson is the best hair stylist I've ever been to. He listens to my needs and exceeds my expectations every time. He cuts my hair with extreme passion and colors it like an artist. Tim has become not only my hair stylist, but a dear friend. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone.

My greatest female temptation went to try Tim Johnson at a friend's recommendation, and when I next saw her, I could not believe my eyes. I always found her irresistable, but he made magic with her hair. He gave her a very natural color that went perfectly with her olive complexion, and her hair texture was the smoothest, silkiest that I'd ever felt. He also gave her hair just a bit of bounce and wave, and the result was a miracle and a brilliant work of art. I would highly recommend anyone, particularly women, who can afford him.

after trying out pretty much every colorist in ny, I ended up in benoit's chair. The man is a genius. I'm east Indian, and in the past my highlights have always oxidized to a hideous shade of orange. Until I met benoit..... He is the only one who has been able to consistently keep my hair looking beautiful, the right color....which looks extremely natural but really brightens my face...... and healthy. No more over processed straw hair! Not only is he talented but he is also hilarious, caring and just fun to be around. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to the Roy Teeluck Salon for highlights for almost one year. Before, my hair was damaged and the color was just ok. I am so happy that I made the switch to Benoit. His highlights are spectacular and my hair is now very healthy and strong. My friends, family and even acquaintances comment on how beautiful my hair is and assume that it is natural. (And of course, I wouldn't dare contradict them!!!) Benoit is truly an artist and I won't let anyone else touch my hair.

I loved my experience at the salon. It's an all-around feel-good experience, from the moment I arrived. The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Little details are taken care of with precision.

Abby Haliti gave me gorgeous color and it feels "real", which is precisely the look I was trying to achieve. She is very intuitive and knows exactly what I want my hair to look like. I've been a client of hers for over six years, and every time I get compliments. I highly recommend her.

In addition, the cappucino is a great touch. It would be fantastic to have a to-go cup!!! Yum...

I've been getting my hair cut by Tim Johnson for years (he's awesome!), and I was a little nervous when he recently moved to this salon. I'm a downtown girl and I thought this might be too upscale and/or pretentious for me. I was happily wrong on both counts. The staff is very personable and friendly, and they make you feel instantly comfortable. The whole place has such a warm vibe. And Tim is an excellent stylist who really listens to what you want, as well as offering helpful suggestions.

I came to Teeluck two years ago quite by chance. As a guy, more accustomed to barbershops than hair salons, I didn't expect to become a regular. But there's something effortlessly elegant about Roanni Castro's cuts. She reads the shape of my head, so that when I walk out everyone doesn't scream "haircut!" And whether it's a few days or four weeks later, everything continues to look good. Great location, nice surroundings, terrific staff.

I could hardly wait for Roy to come back to L.A. and work his magic on my hair. This was my third session with the Roy Teeluck Salon and once again, Roy gave me the most beautiful haircut I could ever wish for. My hair looks stunning and the style is very flattering! I recently moved to NYC and carefefully reviewed many different salons before deciding on Roy Teeluck. I had read all the great reviews from magazines and different clients, and was very excited about my upcoming appointment. I first started with highlights... they do not use the foil technique, but instead claim that their method is more "natural"...well, I ended up with chunky stripes. Not awful...but not work the money. I then went for my haircut and specifically stated that I wanted a trim (at this point my hair was below my shoulders). I walked out of the salon looking exactly like Carol Brady from the Brady Bunch. My hair had been cut in the "euro-shag" look. I had to go to another salon and have the back end chopped off to meet the layers around my face so that no longer had a mullet. I now have a bob that ends right at my chin. And all for $315 dollars!

I believe that you can have a good experience there...but I do not recommend this salon if you are used to more traditional, classic cuts. Beware...you will end up looking like a hipster. Be VERY specific...bring a picture. But remember...I had asked for only a trim!!!....And now I must wait for my hair to grow back out!

I hardly ever write reviews, but this time I had to. I took an appointment from Zeki, whom I knew before he started working there. After waiting 30 minutes, I learned that he is not coming, because he was sick. I was upset, but hey its life, things happen. The staff was soooo friendly, and they asked me if I would prefer someone else to do it. I didn't cut my hair for a long time, and needed a change, so I told them I would only want Roy himself to cut my hair. Surprisingly he was available. What a friendly person!!!!!!! I went to other high end salons before, and what an attitude, that you needed to get dressed to be taken seriously. This salon is high-end without that attitute, but with the best service!!! All I can say is WOW!!!!! I wanted a funky hair, but I also needed it in a way that I would be able to go to work. Roy, without even asking (I told him he can do whatever he wants) cut my hair exactly in my style. I am suspicious that he is a psychic, and a true mind reader :)) Bohemian, layered look, without needing to blow-dry. He is very friendly, and a true prince charming!!!!! Lauren is perfect with the coloring. She is very sweet, too. She gave me a bright red peak-a-boo higlights, that are great!!!!!! Roy and Lauren you guys are the BESTTTTTT!!!!!!

Hands down, Andre Davis is the best hair stylist! He's honest, personable and knows how to bring out the confidence and beauty in every woman. The feeling you get from wearing a pair of fabulous heels is the same felling you get when Andre does your hair. A definite must!!

I go to the Roy teeluck salon because of Tim. He has been my hairstylist since 2000 and i have followed him all over new york. Finally, at the roy teeluck salon, we are happy. Tim is a fantastic and gentle soul, who understands the impact of a haircut and who truly tries to find you and create the perfect cut for you. He listens and is kind and remembers. He also does my color and on special occasions, hair and makeup. He is extremely versatile but most importantly, he is a fabulous person. When have you ever said "Do what you think is best, I trust you?" Well I do..all the time but only to Tim!

I was in NYC last week from California searching for Roanni, who over the years has given me the best haircut at a few upscale salons in manhattan. Roanni is now at Roy Teeluck....After a professional consultation I told her to do whatever she thought was the best for me and as always, the cut was uncomparable with what i usually get here in CA. I will be flying every other month to have Roanni do her magic . Thanks for th product recommendation too....

Ali is a very talented stylist who can transform his clients with spectacular haircuts and color. Be prepared for lots of "wow's" from your friends and family after you treat yourself to Ali's exceptional hair styling skills. I walked in with average hair and color and came out with a head turning hair style and color which has prompted many friends and strangers to ask who did my hair. His cuts require minimal maintenance (a huge time saver) and grow out so gracefully that you can not help but praise him.

Those of us devoted to our look have searched far and wide for a great stylist. If you're still on the hunt, look no further. Roannie Castro at Roy Teeluck Salon seems to have a psychic connection with clients' hair, and can tame even the most unruly of locks. Curly? No problem. Frizzy?her expertise (trust me). Rather than going for the obvious Posh Spice cut or other trendy look, Castro studies your face and your style, then determines the best cut for you. She will act as your therapist or keep her questions brief (she'll follow your lead), will remember your kids' names, and has even been known to email regular clients when she knows it's time for a touch-up. In a city full of impersonal service providers, Roannie Castro is a cut above.

I was in NYC this week on business and had some free time. I decided to find a hair salon for new style and also touch ups on my highlights. I found this website while searching for a good salon. Took the advice of another reviewer regarding Ali, a new stylist. I called and was very pleased to get an appointment with Ali!!!! He is really very gifted and talented....I am very fussy about my hair because my hair is abundant and needs a good stylist to be able to manage it...During my consultation I decided to allow him to do what he thought I needed...he suggested lowlights along with highlights because my color was almost a solid blonde because of too many highlights, kept my hair longer ( was pleased because I have been trying to let it grow out, but he did not know that). Well, the end results were fabulous!!! The color was outstanding and the cut was absolutely stunning. It has been several hours since I left the salon and I have had 5 compliments already, it has been years since I received a compliment on my hair!!! I plan to return to NYC to visit Ali. He has a very special talent because he is able to analyze the shape of your face and recommend the best cut to enhance your features. I think I look at least 10 years younger thanks to Ali. Thank you Ali...you are the greatest!! and you are very sweet!! Also, the salon is very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. If you are debating on a new look or makeover...trust in Ali...you will not be disappointed.

Ali is phenomenal. A new stylist at Roy Teeluck's; I highly recommend him! I'm very particular about my hair. I like high end style but nothing over the edge. Ali's color and cut put me in awe. He is a young, yet very experienced, and in my opinion, gifted, European stylist. When Ali finished styling my hair, I looked in the mirror and said ''Wow, I look incredible'' I actually walked out of a salon without fixing and fussing with my hair...an unheard of feat for me! Benoit is fabulous. My hair color is beyond my expectations. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, talent, he is courtious and has a vibrant personality yet serene. If you are looking for high quality, beautiful, glamorous hair and a wonderful experience ask for him. The salon in general is very professional, the environment is light, airy, and everyone is very attentive. I have a very demanding schedule and I am used to high quality professional service and I found a perfect fit with their services.
Additionally, the salon is very professional b/c they are not trying to push you to buy products. They do have a very unique selection of high quality products but they gently familiarize you with their quality and benefits. I invite you to experience this place and to leave feeling and looking fabulous.

The moment you enter the salon you are welcomed as a special customer. It was my first time, but I felt like a regular. The staff was a pleasure to be around, very friendly and obliging. I went in for a cut with Tim. It was such a treat to be in the hands of a professional with the experience he has. He was very thorough and clear in consulting with me what I wanted and what would work and I ended up with a fabulous cut I could not be happier with. I'll definitely be returning to Tim. He's one of those people you can easily work with. Plus, I like his style and charisma.

I'm afraid of hair stylists after having a really bad cut about seven years ago... after moving to NYC, I was so unsure of where to go because of all the choices. After not getting a cut for over a year, I just bit the bullet after reading good reviews of Tim Johnson although unsure if they would really be true.

BUT - He is AMAZING!! I went in not knowing what I wanted at all, but I gave him a range of acceptable length and let him go with it... He made me feel so comfortable and the cut is fabulous. He was also great at recommending colors for me even though I was just scheduled for a cut... and he did such an amazing job that I also had it colored on the spot. The salon is comfortable and everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly!

I definitely think this is the best hair style/color I have ever had!! Tim is the best. Call him ASAP!!

I am new to the area and after doing some research online I figured this would be the best place to get my hair done!! BOY WAS I WRONG! I dont mind paying what it takes to have a great color but $400 was not worth the horrifying look on my face. Yes the establishment is very upscale and refreshing, but i went to get my hair done and I could careless about cappucino and european stylists. The only thing done right was my shampoo and blowdry. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HIGHLIGHTS! And whoever says they dont try to convince you to buy their products is wrong!

my first visit to the salon took place on 8/24 and i highly recommend them to anyone seeking perfection and commitment to making you look your best.

i was thoroughly impressed by the salon, as everyone was just lovely. Benoit brought me back to my original haircolor from when i was 18! he is an absolute genius with color! Andre gave me the best haircut of my life!

i have seen the work of the very best hair people in the world and these sweet guys are right up there. my hair has truly never looked better in my life. truthfully, i have never even liked my hair until they graced me with their talent. thank you so much! big kiss to all!

I just moved to NYC from Dubai and found it really difficult to find a hair stylist and colorist, so i found RT through the reviews on this website. Thank God it was quite a nice experience since I was seriously freaking out about my hair. I long curly hair that lacks volume and that's all I needed. Dory cut my hair and did a magnificent job with it. exactly what I had asked for. The great thing was that I asked to see her before i colored my hair, so that she can see it naturally when dry and can decide and she took all the time to talk to me about it and made me feel like i trusted her. I'm glad I did. she did a terrific job with the hair cut. Lots of layers, lots of volume, and I looked completely different walking out. So glamourous. Lauren colored my hair and she was really good too. I had highlights and went in to get them retouched, but before i began i asked her if she thought i should go darker or just continue with highlights. she gave me her opinion and i went with it, and very happy with the results.
Very helpful, cheery, friendly staff. Been back twice already. and still happy.

Pros: Great massages when they shampoo, courteous, friendly, great hair cuts and coloring. they don't sit you down and forget about you.

There is NO WAY these reviews are fake. I have never left a reivew for anything but feel obligated since I used this site in researching where I should go. I just saw Tim for a cut and Michelle for highlights-I have fine hair, with highlights and I'm V picky and demanding about both my cut and color. Tim and Michelle were attentive, interested in hearing what I wanted my hair to look like and extremely helpful with advice about how to maintain and style my hair- and the best part...they did my hair PERFECTLY! I loved everything about my hair from the second it was finished (which is a change for me because I always had to wait a day or two for it to "adjust" after coloring and had the most boring cuts because it's so fine) and I STILL love it today. I had an absolutley fantastic experience and would refer them to even the most discerning salon goer. This is a place with talented, quality people.

Pros: skill, customer service, cappuccino..in that order of importance

I do not usually write reviews, but I had to respond to the reviewer who urged people to disregard what she referred to as "fake reviews." I am here to say she could not be more wrong. This review is real, as am I. I am not related to nor do I have any relationship, professional or otherwise, with Roy Teeluck salon or any of its employees. Therefore, my review is completely unbiased.
I saw Tim Johnson for a haircut last Friday. I found him to be as professional as he is charming, and he took all the time in the world with me. I am not an easy haircut, as my hair is thin and fine, but Tim made me look great.
I do not know the expertise of the individuals mentioned in the review entitled "disappointing" but I can assure anyone who reads my review that I am a real person, who is writing of her very real experience at this salon.

Ever the downtown gal, I first stepped into Roy Teeluck with more than a a bit of trepidation. Had I donned a chic enough outfit (or did I even own one !)? Would ladies-who-lunch be glamming beside me, while yappy poodles napped on their laps? Could a mere freelance writer like me ever fit in with the moneyed crowd I expected to be surrounded by? One step into the salon and the fears faded. Warmth and sincerity generously flowed from coat check to styling chair, shampoo, and beyond. Owner Roland Peralta sets the tone, with his infectious enthusiasm, charm, and generosity. He's happy to take time away from his tiny on-site office to make sure that every client is getting what they need (and that includes a cup of soothing tea or option to order lunch, if you've missed yours!). But, most importantly, I have never been so thrilled with my color. LAUREN is INCREDIBLE. She transformed years and years of so-so color into the most natural, soft, gorgeous look I've ever had. Downtown has its charms, but for haircare I'm an uptown gal now.

Pros: Lauren for color--amazing; kind, warm, accommodating staff

Cons: Yes, it's uptown prices, but worth every cent

The stylists at the Roy Teeluck salon are phenomenal. I have gotten my hair cut twice there, and each time Roy and his staff amazed me with their ability to sculpt, style and work with my hair so that it fell beautifully naturally and was easy to style with the option of dressing it u it up for fancy occasions. Unlike any other salon I have encountered, they understand hair, and work to understand exactly how your hair behaves and how much time you devote to your hair. Always blowdry? fine. never blowdry? fine.
For anyone looking for a haircut to make you completely rethink haircare and walk out with a beautiful style that will last for months I would recommend Roy Teeluck. Theyre worth every penny.

Pros: the stylists, the ambiance, the professionalism

Cons: its pricey, but you get quality beyond what you pay for
