I am writing to complain about a TERRIBLE service experience I had with "B&H Appliance" from Queens Village, NY to do a repair on my refrigerator. The service was POOR, the repairmen were incompetent and borderline threatening. One of the repairmen grabbed a $50 STEAK KNIFE FROM MY KITCHEN and used it to pry apart something from my fridge! I asked him to use his own tools and he was actually defending his decision to just take MY KITCHEN UTENSIL THAT I USE TO EAT FOOD and use it to complete his job. The rest of the experience was filled with attitude, noise, under-the-breath comments and ultimately, a mess in my kitchen that was left for me to clean up. This all occurred while my 17-month old son was in the house, I felt almost threatened in this adversarial situation and I was counting the seconds until these ridiculous repairmen left my home. They were unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I WILL NO LONGER BE AN LG CUSTOMER.

The service repairman came to my house after a month of calling and not getting back to me (I was waiting for a part to be delivered and installed). He came to my house, bent my copper water line, installed a new piece and never tested it because the water line was broken. They were very unprofessional. The repair did not come with all of his tools. Please do not use this service as you will regret it. I agree with below reviews, the woman who answers the phone is also very unprofessional.

I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was very rude. She would not answer my questions, then for no reason put me on hold and transferred me to someone else.

I scheduled maintenance on my LG washer/dryer combo and this company called me at 5pm the night before telling me "they don't do morning appointments that they would come in the afternoon." I told them I wasn't available in the afternoon, could I chose another morning. She said they don't do mornings and I have to call LG to reschedule. When I asked for their information to give to LG she refused to give me her contact information twice then hung up on me.

i was window shopping and came across this shop its very nice they have a lot to offer and the prices are good when i went in side i was amazed on the appliances they have here and its not that expensive to buy from i do recomend them to all my friends the place could be bigger but its worth the trip to shop here very nice place of business
