    I used to go to this Tim Hortons every morning for coffee. Even though their employees were rude and their drive-thru service was always slow, I would still go there, because I am a sucker for their coffee and it was close to work. One morning, I waited for 15 minutes, in a drive-thru line that was literally backed up, OUT INTO UNION ROAD! - only to be told at the ordering screen, that their credit card machine was down. I normally only pay with credit card so I said - oh... that really sucks, but ok whatever... Cuz, what was I gonna do, I thought I didnt have any cash on me. So at that point, there was nowhere to go but to continue through the drive through line to get out of there. Well, as luck would have it, in the space of time between when my car was at the ordering window, and when I arrived at the window where they would normally charge my card and give me my coffee, I realized I DID have just enough cash on me to purchase my coffee. I explained this to the drive through girl, and she told me I would have to go wait in line AGAIN! I said, excuse me, but I have already waited in this line for nearly 20 minutes, I will be late for work if I have to wait another 20 minutes, and this is YOUR fault anyways, since YOUR credit card machine is down. She still would not take my $3, and give me a coffee! I told her I was not moving, and that her drive thru line was going to get real bad if she didnt take my order and give me friggin coffee, and i sugggested she get her manager. He came over I told him the situation, and he ALSO refused to take my order. (WHAT KIND OF AWFUL & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLANET WAS I ON!??) I again stated that this was THEIR FAULT, and that this happened because THEIR machine was down. I also mentioned that I am a regular customer, who spends nearly $800 a year at their location ($3/day X 5 days a week X 52 weeks a year=$780 a year!!!) and that they would be losing a LOT of business by refusing to sell me this cup of coffee and ruining my day! At this point he told me to pull around and he would bring it to me, I said no, Bring it here in the drive thru so I can see you make it and make sure you do not spit in it. He said no, and then told me to F*CK OFF - yes, thats right, the Manager(owner?) of Tim Hortons told one of his most loyal customers to F*CK OFF! To top it all off, when I got upset and swore back at him, the girl in the drive thru suddenly addressed me by my name and said "Ms. "SMITH" (no thats not my real name) please watch your language --- now first of all, if that was a concern, what about the MANAGER that swore at me first, and SECOND, how would she know MY name when I haven't even given her my credit card that day? I'll tell you why... because I was such a regular customer, she REMEMBERS ME AND KNEW ME BY NAME.. YET apparently I wasn't regular enough to warrant any common courtesy. I HOPE THAT EVERYONE WHO READS THIS WILL NOW BOYCOTT THIS TIM HORTONS AND THE ONE ON WALDEN AVE as well(ITS THE SAME OWNER!), THEIR SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY HAS ALWAYS SUCKED TO BEGIN WITH, AND THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMER!!!! If you want decent Tim Hortons coffee, you need to go to the West Seneca or South Buffalo locations - the ones in Cheektowaga are HORRIBLE. Also - take a look in their dining room sometime too because they have pictures of the world trade center bombing WITH THE AMERICAN FLAG BURNING IN THE PICTURE FRAMED on their wall, and it is not patriotic at all! SHENANIGANS!!!! SHENANIGANS!!!! SHENANIGANS!!!! ALI BABA TERRORISTS!
