After being pushed about in the Diamond District it was an absolute pleasure to receive a warm and honest welcome and it got even better when we saw the designs on display. It was a pleasure to spend time choosing our diamond and picking the band and it is an experience which we will always remember. The Belenky Brothers Jewelers is cool. They have bee around for generations and they make high quality trendy pieces for the twenty one to 45 urban new yorker crowd. The shop itself is also very hip and trendy. The jewelry is not too expensive and it always looks very now. The staff is always nice and lets you try stuff on and lets you know what looks good on you and what doesn't look good on you.

They certainly have a unique style in their collection. I passed by one day and had to step into the store to take a closer look at the collection since it was such a beautiful set up outside. The folks inside were very friendly and even let me try on some of the rings and bracelets. Over all they looked very stunning and fit well with the cocktail dress I had in mind. Prices are a bit above average.

The Belenky family has been active selling jewelry in New York for many years. In its present shop carries a wide range of hip and trendy jewelry. Ten years from now some of this jewelry might seem a little dated but right now it looks great.
