5 Stars: Stellar Service (by Maria D.)

I recently took my PC to PC Expanders. Now, I am not one who is what you call computer savvy, but the professionals at PC Expanders were very knowledgeable, helpful and took time answering all of the questions that I had. I received my computer back in what seemed like no time at all, and when my PC had c glitch a few weeks later, I simply brought in my computer and they preformed the fix in one days time! The man I dealt with, Frank DeMart, was very kind and in no way made me feel as though I was a pain. IF you go to PC Expanders, ask for him, I will continue to go to PC Expanders for everything that I need for my PC! Besides, the attention you receive at an independently owned store, just can't be beat!

3 Stars: Nice people but slight problem (by Gary G.)

P C Expanders Incorporated built a computer for me a little while ago and the computer was fine at first but then started to have problems. I tried to upgrade the graphics and sound cards with parts that I purchased from them but they were not working. Long story short I found out that the motherboard had faulty sockets. They would not fix this problem or replace the part since it was over a year old. Three of the six sockets were bad on the motherboard. It was a little suspicious since the cards on the board were spread out in the working slots. Either way the people were nice but the ultimate decision by the manager was not very helpful. Overall I have mixed feelings of this business.

4 Stars: Nice people..... (by Jeremy H.)

Ever experience pushy sales people? Not these people at PC Expanders. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They offer PC repair services as well as sales (PC upgrade parts). Unfortunately they did not carry the part that I was looking for. Not a big deal, I would still recommend them if you are looking to get your PC fixed.

4 Stars: good repair shop (by toby c.)

I took my pc here to be fixed a couple of times. They are very friendly and trustworthy when it comes to personal computer repairs. They won't try to sell you something you don't need.
