I have always had very good service at Jared Galleria of Jewelry, 300 Hylan Dr Rochester, NY. A very nice salesman name is Andy always very nice to deal with. He is very helpful. I always ask for him. He has help with custom design on three rings that I had ordered. They turned out much better then I ever expected. He is very good at what he does. I have also bought some other just fine Necklaces and Pendants with his help and advice. If you go there ask for him, I sure he will help you as he has help me.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here with the full replacement warranty. Not three years later we discovered that one of the diamonds was chipped. Jared sent the ring off to replace one diamond and they replaced the entire ring with diamonds of much lesser value. They are now giving us the run around. I no longer have the ring that my husband proposed to me with. They have stolen more than money from us, they've stolen a treasured memory. Don't give them a chance to do the same to you.

I love this business because it has my favorite rings , earings, neclaces and diamonds in this fabulous place!!
They are really reasonably priced and have fine diamonds!!
