Newly returned to cycling so a bit confused. I shopped two other bike shops, even Target before deciding to travel here. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was fitted to helmet and bike..encouraged to ride before buying. No hard sell..in fact discouraged me from buying more expensive model.

This place is great for all of your biking needs. They offer honest advice and great prices. I purchased a bike seat for my daugther and they told me to get one that attaches to the back not front because it's a lot safer-- they even put it on for free! You can tell that they genuinely care for their customers and I'm glad I listened to them. Good people.

I bought my bike in to get a tune-up and they did an amazing job. I felt like i left with a brand new bike. They totally know what they're doing in there!

Great Service, very knowledgeable. I traveled from Park Slope to deal with a more friendly bike shop when buying a bike for my son. Highly recommended with good mechanics on staff and great sales people. Thanks again Anthony.

Pros: Knowledgeable friendly staff who do not make you feel silly when you ask question. Good prices and great mechanics on staff
Cons: Small shop but the staff make up for the size of location. Guess they are able to give better price.

I would recommend anyone buy a bike here, even if you don't live in Bay Ridge. The owner actually talked me down from a more expensive bike I was going to buy because this other one was lighter and would suit my needs better. Then, she offered to service my husband's bike (which he bought somewhere else before we discovered this shop) for free just because we came in together. This family knows what they are talking about and there is no bike baloney that you may get at the annoying fancy bike stores. Support a local family owned store. For icing on the cake, when it is slow and you are waiting for your bike, she might offer you an espresso. What more could you want?

I have been going here for a while now, for parts and service. Just bought a brand new carbon fiber bike from them for a basement discount of $1200. You can not find that anywhere else, and on top of that they gave me a warranty for the life of my bike. Highly recommended if you want friendly service by people who know what they are talking about. A++++++
