Yes, they fixed the stove in 15 minutes. And yes, they were nice. And yes, they came on time.And yes, they even had the part I needed on the truck. My problem is they refused to give me a breakdown of the hourly rate and the part they replaced. The repair was $300.00, and I have no idea if I paid $280.00 per hour labor (I would have used someone else) or $150.00 per hour - high but I'd deal with it. I have no idea how my bill was calculated. Nor was it explained to me.. As a consumer, if any company feels the need to hide the way they configure a bill, I feel I am getting ripped off. I won't use them again.

I'd give them no stars if I could.. I booked an apointment online with them.. I got an email and a phone call.. Then confirmed on the phone that they would be at my house two days later between 3 - 6.. They were a no show.. NO CALL NO EMAIL, NO REPAIR MAN !!! after 5 pm no one answeres the phone... so you cant even find out whats going on!!! Totally UNRELIABLE ! ! I should charge them for making me wait. As any goPisod manager knows, its harder to fix the damage one pissed off customer does then to find a new one.

Ed K. as I said in an earlier email to you, I apologize for the misunderstanding. My records show that Michelle called and offered you same day service and you wanted the next day. Lisa called your house to confirm the appointment and someone said they would call back to confirm.I do not know where the miscommunication happened, but all I can do at this point is offer my sincere apology and offer to make good on a new appointment with a discount. repaired dryer, did not put belt on correctly when it snapped 60 days later they wouldn't fix it. I would have been happy with something like pay half of a servise call but they did not even work with me on it.

I used this company based on a recommendation of a friend. I thought my window air conditioner was not putting enough cold air. the worker checcked the unit & told me it was working fine & didn't need anything done to it. He said the problem may be the locationof the unit & not the unit itself. Honest people.
