Every-time this car service comes near my apartment to pick someone up - They relentlessly HOLD down their horns - non-stop. And, this is usually between 6AM to 8AM - They have no consideration whatsoever for anyone else. I've witnessed

Every-time this car service comes near my apartment to pick someone up - They relentlessly HOLD down their horns - non-stop. And, this is usually between 6AM to 8AM - They have no consideration whatsoever for anyone else. I've witnessed

I've never used this "service" so can't judge how these guys are inside their cars. But if you see one of them in front of you on the road - be very careful. If you are not - that's what going to happen next. After stopping at the traffic light or stop sign driver will accelerate quickly and then make a very short stop. If you are "lucky" enough to even touch his car in a minute there will be the actual car owner and you will be 'f...d" with heavy Russian accent and asked for a money. And even before that they know what damage is done to their car.
Despite it's definite set-up there is not much you can prove to arrived police and your insurance company. So watch around for them, they have big letters on the trunk with the name of company and telephone. Also watch for a plate number, i.e. T471792C.

The Driver showed up 20min. late (the car not in very good shape) with no apology a lead foot, blasting music and
an unprofessional attitude. We informed him we were not in a "rush" and there
was no need to drive aggressively. We also asked him if he could lower his music
as well, with an attitude, reluctantly he did. For more than half of our ride he drove
15-20 miles above the speed limit. Very calmly we asked for the 3rd. time
(now on the highway) not to drive so fast or aggressively. He became very upset and
raised his voice at us. In heavy traffic, honking his horn, at 30-40 mph, he felt it was
necessary to tailgate less than a car length behind most traffic.

Thank God we finally arrived alive and in one piece. I immediately called "My Way Car Service"
to complain and report what had happened. The manager was unavailable
so I spoke to the dispatcher and informed him of our experience. His response "I'll talk to him",
not "I'm very sorry about what happened" no apology, nothing!. To be fare, the next day
I called to speak to the manager and again told of our experience. The manager apologized
and promised he would reprimand the driver.

While I appreciated the response of the Manager I would have to suggest the company
change their name to something that better describes their service such as-
"Their Way Car Service" with the slogan "Have it Our Way!"...hold the phone and keep calling
us till we show up, hold your seat belt your in a pickle you just may throw-up,
special orders DO upset us .... Have it Our Way!, we'll drive you insane,
Have it Our Way!, ...

- Save a Life, "Have it YOUR Way!" and don't use this Car Service!
