Way too expensive. 1350+ for a 2-year old at CCB, other places charge $1000 or less. CCB still keeps adding more fees. The center is very aggressive and negative. For example, see Marv M.'s comments below: Very aggressive and negative. He even rated his own center 5 stars.

Diapers or wipes are not included, making the center even more expensive. Gives kids canned fruits. Not worth the money.

I had my son in this facility, he was always happy going there. The staff is well trained, and very kind with kids and parents.
The most important thing I always felt my son was safe with them.
I am happy I am moving to Arizona I wish I could take them with us.

I have had my children in this facility for 9 years. CCB really follows the belief that each child is unique and special. The staff has 2 trainings a year on child development topics. The teachers for toddlers and older children have daily activities designed around a particular topic for the week/ month. There are art, music and movement/ dance specialists that also work with these ages. There is a nurse and a health-care unit for ill children on site. She also does educational units on the nutrition, basic hygiene and heart health. Healthy meals are made on site. They now offer some vegetarian alternatives and they have matzah at Passover. They have a no nut policy and ask that treats brought from home follow healthy guidelines. Children are allowed to progress at their own rate in learning new skills.

PROS: child-focused care
CONS: expensive (but worth it); some staff turnover does occur

At the Children's Center of Brighton they charge the parents here WAY too much! Then a teacher with BA in ECE and further Ed. and 15 years experience 6.75 an hour! They pay more at McDonalds! No wonder there is such a high rate of turnaround on staff! Think about it parents. Seriously. You'd be better of with a Nanny- usually $9-$12 and hour, in your HOME, try craigslist...
