5 Stars: Phenomenal (by Kathie T.)

We had an absolutely amazing meal at Po with two other couples. We were so happy we were able to get a reservation. The food was fresh and delicious and the desserts were scrumptious. Very intimate, small but good wine list, and attentive service.

5 Stars: Exceptional - Italian Does Not Get Any More Authentic! (by A W.)

As noted in the other review by Nicole, Po is a phenomenal restaurant - for both casual dining and special occasions. The atmosphere is wonderful for couples, three's and four's to enjoy delicious cuisine in an intimate, tasteful setting. The wine list is not very long, but the wines I have had have always been fairly good ones. I also had the gnocci - and it was the best gnocci I have EVER had. Definitely call for reservations though!

PROS: Phenomenal quality of cuisine, tasteful decor, warm atmosphere
CONS: Too many people know about it!

5 Stars: Italian Gem in West Village (by Nicole F.)

This West Village Italian restaurant is a gem. I highly recommend calling ahead and trying to get a window table. The street scene is wonderful in that area--but not better than the food.

The menu changes with the seasons and I loved the gnocchi when I was last there. Don't skimp on desert!
