I love this place! It's definitely the best hole-in-the-wall eatery in Brooklyn Heights... the falafel, schwarma, and other goodies are excellent. It's cheap, fast, and your meal is always served with a smile, whether it's take out or eat in.

Ride with these guys almost exclusively. Don't live in the heights, but I got use to the drives and the service being so good, i don't want to give it up.

generally get a car in ten minutes. never had any problems with the drivers, who are mostly russian.

had a couple a times where the drivers were repeat, and remembered me. gotta give it up for this service, i appreciate them.

Pros: honest, polite, fast

Cons: not the best for newark airport pickup

I have ridden with these guys for a couple of years now, and recommend them to anyone looking for a good car service in Brooklyn.

My boyfriend only lets me take this service home at night, as i bartend late nights in the city.

I, like the previous reviewer, joined CitySearch just to write this review.

Last night I hailed a car from Downtown Brooklyn to take me to my apartment in Clinton Hill -- a ride I do often and is consistently $10 no matter which service I use. When I get into the car, the driver calls his dispatcher and tells him where he is taking me, and that's the end of the story ... until we get to my apartment.

He tells me it is $14. Now, I'm not so cheap to argue over $4, but I know that this is a jacked up price, and I'm wondering why. So he calls his dispatcher again and puts it on speaker, so I can hear. His dispatcher says "You picked up the wrong customer." (Apparently my driver was downtown looking for a specific person.) Whoever he was SUPPOSED to pick up was in for a $14 car ride, and even though I was not her, I was for some reason supposed to pay her fee. So then the driver tells me, "You got in the wrong car." As if this were my fault, even though I clearly and immediately told him where I was going as soon as I got in the car. We argue for a bit, and he refuses to understand any logic in this situation, simply repeating, "YOU GOT IN THE WRONG CAR! YOU GOT IN THE WRONG CAR!"

During this conversation, I closed my wallet just to keep it safe. He took this as a sign of me not intending to pay at all, so he locked the doors and yelled "I'LL TAKE YOU BACK! I'M TAKING YOU BACK!" And starts driving down the street.

At this point, I'm screaming at him, telling me to "let me out of the f*cking car or I'm going to call the cops," and the dispatcher comes on the phone (apparently he was listening the whole time?) and says "Ma'am, pay the driver $10 and please get out of the car," which is exactly what I did.

The driver then gets out of the car, and continues to yell, "You know who I am? B!tch!"

This is the first time I ever used Heights Limo, and it will definitely be the last. I'd rather walk home from the Bronx than get in another one of these cars.

Cons: aggressive, threatening drivers

Do not use this service. These drivers are aggressive, dangerous and inappropriate. I would not trust my life in their hands and you shouldn't either.

I found this limo/car service when I was flying from Newark after visiting a friend in Park Slope. They were amazing.

Everytime I call, they seem like they're around the corner. I have flown into LGA and JFK many times, and they're always there like scheduled.

I've seen one of their operators once, when I was around the corner. WOW, hot russian chicks are amazing!

Highly recommend this one.

These guys are the most unprofessional and rude people I've ever encountered in 12 years of living in NYC. As if the fact that they are never on time isn't bad enough, I've repeatedly caught them lying to me (which isn't so new with a car service company) but then they get indignant and curse and hang up on you to boot. Do they have so little competition that they act like this is some pre-80's era Russia in the customer service?
Don't use them unless you literally have absolutely no other choice. I actually joined Citysearch JUST because I was so motivated to OUT these jerks.
