I stopped into American Skin Art last year to make a tattoo appointment with Ed. I brought a picture to reference what I wanted done and was given an appointment for 6weeks later. The day of my appointment I took off work and arrived early

I just got my tragus pierced today. Everything was explained to me before i entered the piercing room. I was shown everything in unopened packages, then the piercer- James explained the process more in depth. He cleaned the area, marked it and showed it to me. He had me lay down and lined up the needle, and one last time asked if i had any more questions. When i said no he pierced it, and told me it was pierced. He then told me he was going to cork the needle (to prevent it from poking me) and explained that he was going to push the jewelry through. During the process of marking me and touching the different supplies he changed his gloves many times. Immediately after i got up the apprentice cleaned the chair i was sitting in and the rest of the room. This place is very clean and they make you feel very comfortable with everything before, during, and after the piercing. Everybody that works there is certified by the county health department. I would highly reccomend going here for any piercings or tattoos! Price- my tragus was $35 (a gold ring is $45)- December 2009

I went in the shop tonight and was greeted by a young woman. her name was Tiara, she was very polite and nice. She took the picture I brought in and made a bit of a change to customize it. She gave me an incredible tattoo. It turned out better than I imagined not to mention that the art work in her room was AMAZING. She is an extremely talented artist and I highly recommend getting your work done by her!!
