Just took my motorcycle course and passed the test with the Brooklyn Driving School. These guys are great! Unlike the "Other" driving schools that offer this course, this one is very easy to get to by subway and they supply everything

I am 64 years old and I just passed the motorcycle road test. I passed because I did what I was told to do while I was taking lessons. If anyone wants to pass the auto, bus or motorcycle road test, I highly recommend Brooklyn Driving

The instructor was a class A jerk, he went out of his way to give a smartass answer to everyone who was genuinely trying to participate, stretched the course entirely too much to actually last five hours, spoke about his cat for forty

I took motorcycle lessons at both Brooklyn Driving School (BDS) and MSS (Mott Haven, BX). My experience was by far a better one at BDS. At MSS I felt I was I was being rushed through exercises and advanced too quickly beyond my capabilities. This led me to make more mistakes and lose confidence quickly. After working with them through a few lessons, I knew I had to leave.
By the time I got to BDS, I was a nervous wreck. My instructor there recognized my skill level and coached me from there. All the while I was on the street instead of a parking lot. It is without a doubt a better experience and smarter choice for a beginner to learn on the street. Hands down! As a beginner, being in traffic for the first time can be overwhelming with all the distractions of NYC streets and this can lead to mistakes not usually made in an empty parking lot. Having already spent time on the street with BDS, I am comfortable on the city streets and can focus on the important aspects of riding.
Further, the instructors at BDS made me feel comfortable and safe. I not only benefited from the lessons but from their kindness and genuine concern for my well-being.

Good Luck!!!

My priority of choosing a driving school was its cost, and Bklyn Driving School got my attention for its affordability. Plus, it is pretty close to where I live so I decided to give it a try.

I used them from 5-hour course to road test, and overall, I am 100% satisfied with their service for its price.

I had Danny for my instructor, who was funny and kinda laid back though he was very accurate in telling me of my needs to pass test (as well as bad habits that I developed when I used to drive a while ago), and he gave me an excellent lesson right before my road test.

I am definitely recommending this school to my friends and family!

Thanks to Brooklyn Driving School, I'm finally a licensed motorcycle rider, after all these years. From the minute I contacted them to the last good bye, these people make you feel like family. My instructor, Phil is an excellent instructor, with his help he helped me break out of my bad habits and was able to give me all the pointers I needed to help me pass my road test. The office staff was equally as helpful, with arranging my road test. I highly recommend this place if you want to get your motorcycle license.

I was running late for the class and they let me in and let me makeup what I missed at the end. They also helped me out and made sure I understood the material, this is a good place to get the course done since they accept discounts from aaa. They are certified and you can call up ahead of time to enroll in the class and also it is available as last minute. Other classes are picky and hassle you that you got to book early. Great place nice attitude even though I was late.

PROS: Nice people organized seem to care
CONS: Busy area in brooklyn get there early if you can since parking is hard
