Go Yoga

This was my first introduction to yoga and I love it! The teachers are patient and very knowledgeable. Although I had never taken a yoga class before, I was able to do all the poses in a basic class. But basic does not mean easy, especially in Nicole's class. Be prepared for a workout. Everyone at Go Yoga is friendly. Prices are comparable to other studios and lately the unlimited passes have been the best prices I've seen in the area ($99 unlimited for January is a great price). Mats are available for rent at the session. Work study is also available for people who cannot afford to pay for classes; spend time behind the desk or cleaning the studio and your classes will be taken care of. The website is http://goyoga.ws
