clean, delicious food, delicious drink! bartenders are very friendly even when their busy
After 2 years in the nabe, went there today with a big group from my son's school to celebrate his graduation. Service oscillated between bad and downright hostile, acoustics is horrible, room we were in is really loud, they never brought us the salad that was on the pre-paid menu and most importantly - food was completely bland, a tasteless chicken (I can get a better half-chicken for $6 at a hole in the wall in Newark); my wife's risotto was tasteless. And no one ever came around to ask her if she needed grated cheese - as a matter of fact, I almost had to get into an argument to get us a soda and a drink.
Went with coworkers one evening for drinks but we ended up ordering appetizers which were excellent. The crab cakes, butternut squash soup and cheese platter were very good and the service was more than on point.
They have 3 different seating areas, from the bar scene in the fron, the more romantic seating area in the back and outside seating as well. Cozy and social place In Bay Ridge to become a regular, that's for sure!
great drinks ....
Normally I don't write reviews on sites like this but after reading that last review and being a loyal patron of Cebu for 8 or 9 years now I was bothered by it. They have good food, friendly service, and nice decor.
The previous reviewer seems to be a racist liar more then an appreciative diner. What's wrong with Mexican people working in the kitchen? Last time I checked 90% of the restaurants in NYC have mexican people working in the kitchen. The way they ramble on youd think that they would have had their car stolen that same night and blamed it on Cebu! lol
Anyways I highly recommend Cebu whether you're from Bay Ridge or not. I love the pork chop and their french onion soup is pretty good also. My boyfriend likes their tuna with seaweed salad.
Let's see, where do I start with this awful excuse of a restaurant. The first time I went to Cebu was in 2007 and I thought ok maybe the kitchen staff had an off day. Nonetheless, I blocked that out of my mind. The second time I went there was with some friends, summer of 2010... the appetizer and entree didn't seem to sit well with me. I had diarrhea for the next two days. That should of warned me never to go back, but stupid me... I got suckered into going by my girlfriend who wanted to go to a hip hangout type of restaurant on her friend's recommendation. I warned her of my previous experience but again, men are dumb when it comes to woman and their persuasion. The third time was far from being anything but pleasant. Overcrowded, the wait was ridiculous, way to loud, to many meat head italian Gombas mixed with the finest Coney Island Russian mob wannabes. The food this time was far from being a delight... it seemed like everything prepared on our plates were thrown together by a short order cook. What do you expect from "Chefs" who are illegal mexicans working in the kitchen. This is why we paid $40 head? are you kidding me? Well, saving the best for last... I saw a really nice sized cockroach in the bathroom; disgusting. I think the best part of the night was leaving the restaurant walking down 88th street toward 4th avenue, and observing a RAT scurrying the backside of the restaurant where the chefs take kitchen trash out. The trash is literally piled up on the outside wall of the kitchen... After getting sick twice and seeing the RAT, I can honestly say third time is definitely not a charm. Save yourself the time, potential ailment and go somewhere else. Thanks for reading.
I have to admit I was a little confused as to what kind of restaurant it was by the different items that were on the menu, but once I got past that, all was good.
Cebu is a great bistro in the neighborhood that has a great hamburger that makes you forget the world!
The good food here keeps me coming back. There's a good gourmet quality to some standard dishes, and specials that often are over the top. Had the bone in rib eye last night that was one of the best I ever had. A few months back an awesome tile fish that was incredibly delicious. Drinks are pretty good, nice size and well made. I always hit Cebu when I need a feel good meal.
Pros: Tasty Specials
Cons: Nice Drinks
I took my mom to Cebu for brunch yesterday (Mother's Day). In line with other reviews, the food was great, but we're talking embarrassing service here with no attention to the diner.
It took us about 15 minutes to even get acknowledged by our server (who was perfectly pleasant, just not attentive). I had to ask her as she served the large party next to us "are you our server?" Finally, she took our order.
The party of ten in the middle of the room ordered right as we got our food. When we were leaving, they still hadn't received their salads. The kitchen clearly broke down, and the server (also ours) barely said a word to them about it. That's a shame.
On the bright side: The egg, bacon, cheddar and avocado sandwich is a true feast for breakfast/brunch lovers.
On the darker side of things: It took over 20 minutes to get the check. I then had to chase her down just to get my card swiped. There are chronic service issues here.
What Cebu needs is a much higher attention to service. It's a flashy, nearly impeccable space (at least in the back and the expanded dining room), but the poor service and lack of any supervision (nobody seems to care that people are waiting endlessly for attention from the moment they walk through the door) doesn't match the packaging.
I will say the food here never disappoints. Just don't expect to be treated very well.
Pros: great space, very good food
Cons: embarrassing service, lack of supervision on the floor
My wife and I were recently invited by some friends to come have dinner with them at this lovely Bistro in Bay Ridge. While we rarely make it into this area, since we live downtown, we thought it'd be interesting to try a new 'neighborhood' to expand our dining horizons.
We had 9:30 reservations on a Friday night and when arriving noticed that this place is quite the scene with a busy restaurant as well as a busy bar.
Another reviewer remarked that they don't take reservations which is untrue, because our reservations were honored and we were promptly seated without a wait. Our party of six were escorted through the restaurant passing through a lovely second room having another bar and fireplace and into the large dining room which was a pleasant surprise. It is a well appointed open space with edison bulbs and antiqued mirrors giving it a very nice 19th century feel with contemporary appeal.
Our waitress was absolutely wonderful, I believe her name was Simone, who while we could see was as busy as I would ever want to be showed us as much attention and grace we could possibly ask for.
The food was amazing, with mussles, steak skewers and fried calamari as wonderful starters. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass that could melt in your mouth while I had a slightly overpriced Filet Mignon that hit the proverbial 'spot'. My friend had the double cut pork chop with roasted potatoes, that by from the smell of it and his reaction to it, was by all standards, salivating. The only issue we had was the length of time to get our entrees, but I suppose that with such a busy place there are going to be time issues. Than again, you can say it's busy for a reason.
With the atmosphere being as lively as it was we decided to stay for drinks and turned it into quite the night staying well past 1am. While the crowd can get a little course and I'll call out one drunk, a bit rude, we found the liveliness kept us (late thirtysomethings) drinking later than we normally do. The quieter bar was percfect for us and kept us away from the more party like atmosphere at the 'first' bar. This place has a little something for everyone's different tastes and while not the perfect experience, one that I'll hopefully repeat in the future.
Pros: Superb menu, atmosphere, after dinner drinks
Cons: Busy, Loud, sometimes rude patrons.
I live in the same neighborhood, and have been going to Cebu very frequently for many years. I am a business owner a block away on 3rd Avenue. Not that I ever expected special service, but to be treated with some respect would have been nice. The bartender lost my debit card at the 3rd Avenue Festival in September. This left me without a penny for the remainder of the day. I was upset but not angry with the bartender because he was very apologetic and insisted I gave him my phone number so he can call me the following day to make it up to me. Sure enough 2 days went by and NO CALL. I went to have dinner with my friend a couple of nights later. The bartender (very short hair, blue eyes) turned his head as if he didnt know who I was. Thats when I decided, its time to talk to the boss. I sat and explained to Michael that I was upset because he did not handle it the right way. It was the fact that he promised he would call me the following day, and never did to make the "customer happy". The owner knows me, as he said during our conversation.... " We are neighbors..." and then he re-assured me, he would make it up to me. After the dinner, not so much as a soda was taken off the bill. And when we left, he or the bartender casually acted as if they were busy. I am apalled at the fact a business owner and "neighbor" can treat their customers that way. Considering I have a business and live in the neighborhood, it is so convenient to go to Cebu, but it kills me to have to spend even one dollar in there. In businesses where you deal with people every day, it is your reputation that builds your success.
Pros: GREAT FOOD
Cons: HORRIBLE SERVICE! AND RUDE !!
Headed to Cebu twice in the last week alone and didn't even make it to dinner either time.
They do not take reservations, so our group of six headed to the hostess and gave us about an hour wait, which is fine. We proceeded wait and noticed that people were getting seated constantly.....
After about 45minutes, I checked with the hostess, who was walking by....she turned her head rolled her eyes and continued to ignore our party.
We then headed to her station and asked her for an estimate, she let us know we have a bout another half an hour. It's about 9:30, and the party I was with had was getting hungry.
A few minutes go by and we see a party of at least 5 head straight in the dinning area, this wasn't the first time this happend. At this point, we got annoyed, and asked once more how much longer it would be, hostess responded, "whenever the next table empties, we'll be sitted" Now, we are a party of six, this means we have to wait for either a large table to get up (very few) or a few smaller tables must be available.
After TWO hours of useless waiting, we decided to leave. The place is not WORTH it at all .
A little tip....you really need to be better organized and not have your staff seat their friends prior to guest that have been waiting for over 2 hours.
Cons: Rude Staff, Completely Unorganized
AWFUL service. the food was ok, but incredibly overpriced for the amount and quality. typical superficial loud annoying trashy bay ridge crowd. been a few times but would not go back....plus i heard from a health inspector that they have one of the dirtiest kitchens in brooklyn. No thanks, too many good restaurants competing.
Pros: ok food
My spouse and i went to Cebu for dinner Sunday night. It's been awhile and we were craving food and some mojitios! First of all we were seated and then waited 20 min before the waitor arrived. In a rush he asked if we we're ready to order. Not only did he barely speak english but on top of that he obviously has no waitor expeirence. I orderd a mojitio and recived lime juice and rubbing alchol in scotch glass. Not only was the drink made wrong ,but served wrong as well. So i hailed down my waitor and asked him to make another drink. He replied with and adittude and asked me if this was my first time there. Actually it's not . However i do remember him as a backbar/ cleaning man who was now giving me the typical bayridge adittude. Appalled!!! the food was horrible. My husbands steak was so dry although he asked for it medium. Overall a huge disappointment. The crowd there was so trashy , and so are the people the hire!!! Do not waste your money in this smelly dirty place, it's gone down big time.
Cons: Horrible service and drinks!!!!!!!!!!
I went here with my fiance and mom out of a last resort kinda thing (Arirang's had a 3 hour wait). The place is nothing to look at on the outside, and that scared me, but boy was I wrong. The food is INCREDIBLE! I have brought probably between 10-12 different friends here, and everyone absolutely loved it! The steak skewers as an appetizer is unreal! I always get the salmon, and it's always amazing. I also always get the back room, although we dined outside once in the summer(not a fan of it for this place, its kind of just tables and chairs on the sidewalk). If you eat in the front, be prepared for the 25-35ish crowd at the bar. It's quite loud, that's why I prefer the back. The seating is pretty close in the back, but it's quaint. I enjoy this place, and my fiance and I try to get there every few months. Be sure to make reservations on most weekend nights, though!
Pros: Incredible food, nice staff, quiet backroom
Cons: passing through the bar crowd to get to the back, front room noise, outside seating is ok at best.
I have to take exception with the person who complained about the place being too crowded and that there was no parking. The place is crowded because the food is fantastic. The Chilean Sea Bass is particulary good and the Chipotle Chicken is a great choice as well. You can make reservations in advance. I always do after having the experience of showing up on A Thursday night at 6:30p and being told there is a long wait.
As for the parking, of course there was no parking. It's BAY RIDGE!!! There is never any parking. After 6pm you are going to have a hard time finding a spot on 3rd ave from Marine Aprk Ave all the way to 68th st. There was available valet in front. Not sure why they didn't just use that.
I wouldn't really recommend Cebu to go out and drink with friends unless it's on an quiet night like Tues, Wed, or Sun. The bar area is narrow and it is not conducive for hanging out with larger crowds. The restaurant setting in the back is great. Small. But that's the charm. The waiters were always friendly and helpful, even when they made a mistake. The restaurant bought us a glass of wine each when our order was a little late in coming out.
As for the crowd? Well, it's Bay Ridge. If you know the bar scene there then just imagine that crowd 10-15 years older. If that's your thing then you will be fine. If not, then you probably will feel a little out of place unless you don't mind.
Pros: Dinner. Nice restaurant setting in back.
Cons: Not good for a night out for drinking.
I went to Cebu on a Thurs night with a bunch of girlfriends. The place was packed - good thing I had a reservation. To say that I left being totally dissapointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. The deadbeat waiter messed up every order...those that wanted steak well done got rare and visa versa. My friend wanted a ceaser salad with shrimp instead of chicken. They asker her how many shrimps she wanted implying that there is a charge PER shrimp, but when asked what that charge was the waited had no idea. As it turns out they charge $4 dollars PER shrimp, yes you heard right....so an $8 ceasar became a $24 salad. The food is decent, but way over priced....I'm sorry for a $156 for 4 meal I should be getting something AMAZING in Bay Ridge. Service is awful!!!!
Cons: Service, no parking, unattentive waiters
The place is very small, and I wouldn't reccomend sitting in the front by the bar b/c the bar does get a large crowd. later on. The back room is very quaint and romantic with some candles lit around. My boyfriend and I sat in a little two seater leather booth, and it was cozy. THe dipping sauce for the bread is great with a little kick to it. I had the sea bass which was excellent and large in portion. My boyfriend had the rack-of lamb which he loved. Definitely try the banana cheesecake tortilla for dessert!!!!!
Pros: romantic, great food -selections and portions
Cons: front seating is too small & crowded
Ok, so yeah we know it's really crowded, small and busy. but it adds to the atmosphere of the familiar & friendly faces. (if your a tourist, it's not your scene). inexpensive good food, great sangria, attentive staff. good music and the game is always on .. the only problem is the small bathroom (womens). Other than that, it's one of Bay Ridge's prime spots, and the fact that they don't allow underagers is always a plus!
Cebu has a nice atmosphere in terms of lighting and French decor, but the food is disappointing and expensive. We had the mussels in white wine sauce for an app - it was very bland. The risotto that came with my entree was more like undercooked cheesy rice than the creamy risotto I've had elsewhere. My husband's entree of seared tuna and bokchoy was vinegary. Needless to say, we won't be going back for the food. Sad, because we liked the atmosphere.
went here Sunday afternoon around 3....fixed price menu looked great, had the lobster ravioli and my bf had the cebu burger. the food was average. i've had far better lobster ravioli elsewhere and the burger was like something you get at a diner. the service was also average and not very friendly. overall, wouldn't go again though the price was perfect ...we paid 22 dollars for our meals plus a glass of wine and a bloody mary.
Cons: average food, average service
Visited Cebu last week with my Sig Other. It was "early-ish"- about 6:00 pm. Place was not crowded. Service was slow & inattentive. He was focused on doing things other than serving. Kitchen was slow. I ordered the paella on the fixed-price menu. Was over-cooked - rice was dry, shrimp and calamari rubbery. Sig Other had a steak salad which was "ok". $6.00 for a glass of Stella. No one asked if I wanted another. Server didn't check back after bringing the meal.
Took home dessert - cheesecake - which had that refrigerator taste... ewww!
Loud, cursing bar people. Barkeeper with some staff talking loudly about how much money they made the other night. A manager-type person having a loud argument with a supplier(?)
We felt invisible. Too many other choices in the area to put up with that...
Pros: Beer was cold...
Cons: Service, Food
I enjoy Cebu because you can be relaxed and energized at the same time.
When dining in the back room, it is a totally different experience than the bar area.
If you want to catch up with friends or go out on a romantic date... this place is for you.
The bar is definitely busy and noisy and fun. Whereas, the back room is more for conversation and enjoying the delicious meal.
However, when it's too busy, the wait staff might forget about you. That's okay, the service is still exceptional. The food is always good, and the dessert we had last night was exquisite. The warm Banana Cheese Tortilla was soooooo yummy. I want to go back for more.
I LOVE CEBU ITS THE BEST PLACE IN BAYRIDGE TO GO AND GET A GOOD MEAL AND HAVE A DRINK AT THE BAR
I RECOMEND EVERYONE TO TRY THERE STEAK IT IS WONDERFUL VERY TASTY!!!!!! =)
Pros: 2 THUMBS UP
I've been to cebu a few times and just again recently. I find that it's much more pleseant on weeknights without the weekend party scene in the front bar area. The back room is small, but charming with a little fireplace and lots of candles in the evening. It's a nice spot for a quiet weeknight date. The weekends are probably better for friends as it can get a bit noisy back there.
The staff is delightful and the service has always been great. The food is simple but really nicely prepared with many different options. The steak au poivre is really good, and their burgers are always perfectly cooked. They have a small wine list but the choices are diverse and reasonable so you're sure to find something you will like. The creme brulee is to die for!
Pros: nice ambience, great staff, great food
Cons: parking can be tough, crowded on weekends
... what more is there to say? Excellent service and a great (and reasonably priced!) bar. The only reason I did not give this place a top rating is because they allow children and the environment is completely inappropriate for kids. This place should be either 21 and older or even 25 and older. The back is great for a quiet, romantic dinner with a date or a nice dinner with friends. The front is perfect for drinks and meeting singles. I've been to Cebu about 10 times and had 9 wonderful experiences and one mediocre one. The reason? A table with several very loud children, one of whom even broke a glass. We took my parents out for their wedding anniversary and this was irritating to everyone. All of the other tables were couples on dates who seemed annoyed as well. Luckily the food was great as usual, and the atmosphere was otherwise nice. We'll make sure to go later next time.
Pros: Open late, cheap but excellent bar, the best food in Bay Ridge
Cons: Should be over 21 or 25 only; Go late to avoid loud kids
Took mom there on Mother's Day (wasn't my idea). First time I'd been there. They made my mom, ON MOTHER'S DAY, WITH A RESERVATION, wait almost an hour to be seated. I should have left then. We were just standing in the front of the restaurant getting shoved and jostled by the employees and the bar patrons. Completely incredible. We were finally seated after asking six times if our table was ready! We were served bread/water promptly, but that was it. They sent over two complimentary appetizers to apologize for the LONG wait, which was nice, but didn't make up for it. We ordered our appetizers, and didn't see them until almost 40 minutes later. We ate those and waited for our main courses, which took- wait for it- a solid hour to show up. They forgot the bacon on my burger, but it was replaced promptly. All the time we were eating, the lights were going dimmer and brighter, almost as if someone was playing a cruel, luminance-related prank on us. The temperature in the room was totally wonky, which had members of our party putting their coats off and on. Dessert was served somewhat more promptly, but was ruined by our proximity to some rude patrons who kept muttering under their breath (the dining room in the back was quite crowded and too small). Overall, not a Happy Mom's Day Dinner. Please avoid unless you're desperate. They seat way too many people, and have a teeny tiny little kitchen to serve all of them (I saw it on the way to the back- it looks like a closet).
UPDATE: Like a fool, I recently returned here thinking that brunch would go better. It didn't. It was very dark. We were seated promptly, but I was so close to my fellow diners I felt like I was in a cattle car. They served us a basket of bread & muffins. All the damn corn muffins were burned! How do you burn a corn muffin?! Main course took a while to get to us (almost 40 min.) I ordered french toast, and every slice of it was burned. The waffles were no better. AVOID! You can spend $20 elsewhere!
Pros: Umm, I can't actually think of any. My burger was ok, I guess.
Cons: Many- incredibly slow, glacial service. Too crowded. Wait was WAY too long for seats, especially on Mom's Day. Even if you have reservations, they are not honored. Brunch is completely miserable.
The place was certainly busy if not totally packed but they did a very good job of holding up to their reservations and seating us promptly. The gentleman who waited on us was excellent and very patient with our inability to decide on anything from wine to our entrees. The food was exactly as I had hoped and was brought out at exactly the right intervals. I highly reccomend it, especially during restaurant week as it is a steal of a deal.
Pros: Food, Service
Cons: Tight quarters, very busy
we had visited this place several times in the past and food was always good, but this time I promised myself I'd never go back...the waitress ignored our table even though we were in the middle of the room, the Paella had pieces of sand in it probably from clams but not acceptable- most good chefs know how to clean their seafood properly, my soda was a little flat but I let it go... when she finally came to check on us she offered a refill which took 20min. to get to my table, in between that time I got really thristy and poured some water into my glass- to my surprise 3 fruit flies were floating at the surface I completely lost my appetite (i'm a bio major) uhhh. When she finally brought my drink back I refused it and showed her the cup w/ the visitors, she took it away and apologized, she returned to say we didn't have to pay for our meal- it's restaurant week in BKLYN of course you're not gonna charge us 21.12 + 1 appetizer, booh hoo then she continued ignoring us and didn't even bother offering my boyfriend the dessert that was supposed to be included in his meal, RUDE! out of courtesy we left her 10bucks tip, keep an eye on what could be floating in your drink or mixed in to your food. a few others in Bay Ridge serve a much better Paella, great attention from waiters too
Pros: used to have nice cordial and attentive waiters
Cons: rude forgetful new waitress
I went to this place for my birthday and I was so pleased. The food was great (I had an awesome steak). Creme Brulee was also fantastic. The atmosphere in the back room was perfect for a special occasion. Intimate and warm with jazz greats playing. I can't wait to go back in the winter; there's a fireplace! The front room is more casual but still very nicely appointed. Best of all, the price is so reasonable. For this food you would pay an arm and a leg in Manhattan, and even in a lot of Brooklyn. It's not cheap but it is a real bargain considering what you're getting.
I've been there several times and the food and service have been excelent. They serve till late so when you're hitting the bars at night you can still get some great food to finish it off. If it's not to hot sit outside on third ave.
Pros: valet if you need it
Just went there for the first time about a week ago and the food was absolutely delicious. No problem with the service either. I can't wait to go back and also want to try the brunch.
I have been to Cebu on numerous occasions and was satisfied with the food as well as the service. Friends and I made a reservation on a Saturday night for 8PM, we were seated at around 8:20 which was not a problem. The problem was the service. it took about a half hour for the appetizer to arrive then once our table was cleared, it took over an HOUR for our main entrees. When we told our server what the problem was, he said it's not my fault! You could have at least come to our table and checked up on our party. The back room is small, he had to have noticed we were sitting there for over an hour. The food was ok when it arrived, my salmon over overdone. I will not go there anymore, it is a good restaurant if you have 3 hours to kill.
It is very difficult to find Brunch on Saturday in Bay Ridge. Cebu has an amazing brunch and would be worth waiting until Sunday. They put a yummy twist on otherwise ordinary dishes like French Toast and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich. The atmosphere is casual & friendly. I will have to try their dinner menu very soon!
Pros: neighborhood, brunch
I took my parents here for brunch when they came to visit. Both my parents and I were amazed by the great service, delicious food, outstanding value, and overall quality of the experience. My parents believe that to get anything worth while in Ny you have to spend a lot of cash, but this place proves that great food and ambience can be affordable and wonderfully delicious. I Love This Place!
Whether you dine indoors or out, this place is quiet and relaxing with excellent service that is friendly and helpful no matter what time of day it is. The food is inventive and tasty, and the prices are about what you'd expect at this sort of spot. It's a favorite neighborhood spot of mine, and I'd definitely recommend it.
Pros: cozy, romantic, excellent food
Cebu is my favorite restaurant for so many reasons. There's the efficient and pleasant wait staff who are always smiling. There's the great food that never lets you down. (The chef will even make something special for you upon request.) There's the warm ambiance with it's dark lighting and fireplace in the back. And another plus is they serve dinner 'till 3am - great for late-eaters. Everything on the menu is fantastic but I reccomend the chipotle chicken (spicy but amazing!) and the guacamole. Other little things like having your own bottle of water on the table and a delicious roasted red pepper dipping sauce for the bread (instead of plain old butter) are what makes this bistro truly a pleasure! Only con: tables are a little too close together - if you need your space - opt for a booth in the front.
Pros: great food, pleasant staff, fast service
Cons: tables tight
Great food, great price and great service. One of the best brunches you will find.
Cebu is one of the more welcome additions to Bay Ridge... As far as food goes, it's reliable, and consistent - which for Bay Ridge is really what one should be expecting. Brooklyn by and large isn't going to give you the culinary experience of it's next door neighbor, and Cebu knows this, to it's credit it's formula is simple - "let them eat late" and let them eat well. Good product, combined with very personable service, a late kitchen, makes it a much-needed alternative to the stomach turning diners of the area. Turnover is good late night munchies are going to cost you - like so many places around here that have priced for the migration of yuppies and nouveau riche.
Pros: chilean sea bass
I've been to Cebu on a number of occasions and have never come away disappointed. They have such a wide variety of food, there is something for everyone! From Burgers, to Pasta dishes, Filet Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass (one of my favorites) and
so much more! The staff is always polite and friendly, which really adds to the "warm" atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and go check it out! I'm sure you'll walk away smiling!
Pros: Delicious, Comfortable, Friendly
over the weekend a bunch of friends got together to have drinks and dinner and i most say it was great, everything was wonderful u have to try the steam clams, fried oyster, duck entree. desert was tasty the fried banana tortilla to died for. the place is fun the music was really nice and great martini. i will be back. i especially love that they serve late realy late. you should check out this place. see for yourself how great the place is. enjoy!
Pros: they serve till 3: am, fun place, cozy, romantic as well
I was actually on my way to another rest. and it was getting ready to close-they recommended Cebu-and myself and some friends went-we were surprised that they serve till 3am-everynight! the food was much better than I expected for a bistro! it had a real comfortable feeling to it ! check it out! the back room had a fire place--my girlfriend loved it!
Pros: late night, comfortable, yummy
