South End Floral

South End Floral did the flowers for our wedding this past July and we couldn't have been any happier with our entire experience! The flowers were beautiful! The delivery was right on time and the delivery guys knew exactly what was going on! Bob was outstanding! We didn't have to worry about anything. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I always heard wonderful things about South End Floral so I went there for my wedding flowers. The owner was great when I sat down with him the first time. Another time when I was there to touch base with him, he was impatient with me when I was trying to decide on my centerpieces. I ended up just having him do my boquets but not my centerpieces because of that. The day of the wedding they forgot to deliver my junior bridesmaids flowers, they got my mother in laws flowers wrong and they forgot my tossing boquet...they ended up delivering the junior bridesmaid's flower and tossing boquet later. The flower boquets were pretty. I wouldnt boast about my experience with them at all.

I worked at Buffalo China for 18 years before it closed. We ALWAYS used South End Floral. I can't say enough about the excellent service. Always VERY accommodating and beautiful arrangements. Bob and his staff always make sure their customer is satisfied.

I stopped in at 5:27 when the shop was to close at 5:30. I needed flowers for a friend who unexpectedly was in the hospital, and Bob was so helpful and didn't try to rush me. In fact, he made sure I was happy with an arrangement before he would let me walk out the door. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!

In this day and time it is hard to find a business that will put forward that extra effort to make sure your needs are exceeded.I live in Florida and wanted to send flowers to someone in the hospital, after a long search on the FTD webpage, we took a roll of the dice and called SOUTH END FLORIST. Bob answered the phone and immediately we were very much at ease speaking with him. He listened to all of our needs and made several suggestions and now we have a florist in Buffalo.If you need flowers for any occasion call South EndGreat Job Bob

I ordered flowers for the first time from South End Floral a few weeks ago for my wife's combination retirement and birthday. Actually I found them through this internet site and was impressed with the reviews. The floweres were to be delivered to her place of work, but, through a communication error that was probably more my fault than theirs, the flowers were delivered later in the day than requested.The arrangement itself was absolutly stunning and lasted a very long time.

I called South End to discuss the delivery issue. Unfortunately Bob was travelling but I was promised a call back. Bob did call me back on his return and was extremely apologetic (truly not necessary) and said he would certainly make it up (again I advised not necessary). Today, Sweetest Day, a dozen beautiful red roses arrived to my wife "from me", compliments of South End.

I can not say enough about South End Floral in terms of service and quality of the arrangements.

I recently ordered flowers for my Mother' 79th birthday. South End tried three times before they were able to deliver the flowers but persisted until they reached her so that she would have the flowers on her birthday. They even called me long distance to let me know they had arrived. My mother was thrilled and reports that the flowers are gorgeous. I will definitely use this florist again.

I had a parent who was hospitalized for many years. Each time we received an arrangement from South End, it got RAVE reviews from everyone who saw it. The arrangements were always so beautiful and unique!
When making funeral arrangements there was no question where we would go for flowers...South End.
Bob was so good to us, spent so much time helping us choose the right flowers.
I would highly recommend South End for any Floral needs. They are truly the best in the area.

They are the people I turn to when I need floral arrangements for local and out of town friends, relatives and business associates. Every arrangement is a masterpiece created with love and pride. What a great place to do business! Always professional and focused on the customer! Arrangements are not only beautiful...but SO worth the money! They create beautiful arrangements, much larger than other florists, for a fraction of the cost!
