I had an air conditioning emergency at the beginning of the first heat wave, and since I care for my elder mom and a lot of dogs, it was of great concern to me. It happened over the weekend, and none of the emergencies guys could come out. This co. sent someone first thing Monday, and said I needed a replacement, and he put in writing I would have new unit next day. By 4pm next day, I heard from office of company that the van exploded, and they could come next day. I cancelled, and they were good about returning the deposit I left.
