Bella Via Restaurant

I enjoy this restaurant completely. The manager remembers who you are and is friendly and inviting, as is the staff. It sits at the grand corner of Vernon Boulevard and 48th Avenue, across from the ever popular Hunter's Point Park. It has large windows and some outdoor dining to enjoy the goings on and the view of Manhattan across the East River. It offers very good Italien cuisine and brick-oven pizza (my favorite). It's also moderately priced.

This relatively new restaurant is perfect for mouth-watering pizza and salad or an elegant dinner. A neighborhood favorite since it opened, you can dine in or out at sidewalk tables. Pizza toppings are imaginative and the wine list is extensive. Warm decor of exposed brick and wood, especially good for the winter months.
