If you want a kick a.. work out that only takes 30 min. this is the place. I started about 2 weeks ago. I always look forward for my next training session with Mike Rogers, my tainer, he is fantastic. He really pushes me hard and I love him for it. My muscles may be like jello after the work out but I love it. I highly recomend this place to everyone. It's worth the investment.

The 30 minute workout sounded way too good to be true actually, but tried it on a friend's recommendation and have been really impressed with the results.
If you do this technique expect to experience a challenging workout. My trainer (Khatun), is not only professional and supportive, but incredibly knowledgeable. Plus everyone in the gym seems really invested in my success. Nice folks!
