Terrible. Paid for merchandise that was never delivered. The owner, Andy is unethical and dishonest. For weeks he said the merchandise was coming, and it turns out he never ordered it. When asked for a refund, he said he cut the check, but of course he never did. This man is despicable. I would never EVER use him or recommend this company.

I bought a pool and spa from Westrock. The pool was not installed properly. They have not come back to fix it.

The spa stopped working and they have not answered my phone calls to service the spa.

I will NOT use them again. The sales people and owners have been very nice. BUT, the service is terrible.

Customer service is very poor. Promise to deliver stuff in a week and actual delivery was a month later. The installation service lacks professionalism.They left the job not completely done and I have to call them couple of times to fnish. The shop is there only to make money. They do not want to help people at alll. Will never make another mistake.

Don't expect much in the way of service at Westrock. What little service you will get won't be all too helpful. They seem to be just out to make a buck and don't care about their customer's needs or satisfaction. They do have nice items but service is very important in a business like this and Westrock is lacking in that department. It hasnt' been like that for the whole time they've been here (which is quite a few years) but it has deterioriated in recent years.
