Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

Guadalajara is a must for everyone at least once whether it be for cocktails, a quick snack or lunch, or just a night out for dinner. The bright yellow exterior is very eye-catching and makes it almost impossible for anyone not to wonder what they have to offer. From the moment you walk in the fresh smell of authentic Mexican food fills your nose. The fajitas, guacamole, and margaritas are amazing. I have fallen so in love with this restaurant that I find myself there at least twice a month. If you like margaritas i would definitely recommend the frozen Pomegranate margarita. However beware these margaritas are potent. Also be sure to have the homemade guacamole which is made right in front of you with your choice of ingredients so you control the spiciness. The portion sizes are a little big on some dishes but all of them are filling and delicious. Trust me I've tried just about everything on the menu. And be sure to leave room for dessert. The dessert menu has several great choices although my favorite is the fried Ice cream. The presentation is amazing and looks like a fire show. This restaurant is a MUST try and I recommend it to everyone..Oh and I almost forgot on the weekends there is a mariachi band that goes up to the tables to serenade you while you eat.. Enjoy!!
