This store houses an interesting and eclectic selection of tile and countertop materials. They offer tile in a wide range of price points and are geared to helping both the professional and DIYer make the best decisions.

The collection of tiles is beautiful but unfortunately the awful service makes it impossible to work with them. For a large project with several bathrooms I ordered tiles from them and some orders never got prossesed. That happened

I am a designer who began doing business with the Complete Tile Collection within the last year.

I have found their selection to be extraordaninary . I have been working with Graham Barr who has not only been completely responsive to my needs as well as my clients needs but he is extremely knowledgeable about his product. He is so polite that you immediately know is is NOT a native New Yorker.

All of the products that have been shipped to my jobs has been beautiful and the clients seem delighted with the finished product.

I really shopped around town for my kitchen counter, backsplash, 3 bathrooms and foyer. Complete Tile definitely came out ahead. Comparing prices, I actually found them to be quite a bit less expensive.

Artistic tile was not very helpful, plus real attitude. I went to Stone Source and received very little help (couldn't even get a return phone call after 3 messages). Walker Zanger had a nice selection of product, but they were out of stock AFTER I had placed my order. In desperation of losing my contractor to another project he had, he suggested Complete Tile.

We put together the designs for all areas in a few hours and everything went fairly smooth from there. Lower prices, better service and tile that was actually in stock. So I would certainly say this company was the best of the lot.

Bottom line, these guys are really good. I did go to 2 other stores before, but these guys just won me over. They display the material so you can really see it all in perspective. They brought up samples of the tile I chose in a few minutes (the other places didn't have all the samples). Warning, the samples will cost you $5 each, but they refund you easily when you bring them back.

They helped me put my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen tile together. I went on their website after, to show my wife other options, she works Saturdays and I work the weekdays (they are closed on Sundays!) And yet again these guys were really good. Other stores have such awful websites, what is it with tile people? Don't they understand how important a website is?

After a long and really hard renovation, Complete Tile was one of the few people that actually came through for us, so I felt the need to give them a good review here.

I visited Complete Tile several times to make a decision on tiles. They have one of the best collections in Manhattan - I visited several places such as Nemo Tile, etc., but this one was the best among all retail stores. They have contemporary and traditional tiles and stone collection. Their decorative wood collection is gorgeous! Each time I went the salespeople were very helpful.

I guess this is the disadvantage of having a retail store, but their mark-ups are high. I contacted one of their suppliers and found out the Complete had a mark-up of $5 on the tile I liked. Naturally I would order directly from the supplier, but I understand the need for mark-up due to cost of maintaining a store. I ended up not buying that tile though, so have no idea about delivery, etc.

There was a big disadvantage for their slab collection. I was interested in their granite, but I could choose the actual slab only by looking at pictures, and not actually visiting the warehouse to pick an actual slab. That seemed strange since its a lot of money to spend and rely on pictures alone. Pictures never do justice to the beauty of a stone.

I highly recommend this place for their excellent and wide range of selection.

Regardless of what kind of material you are looking for The Complete Tile Collection is the place to go for your home remodeling tile needs. They have marble, onyx, limestone, granite, porcelain, wood tile, a great assortment of glass, and their handmade ceramic tiles are phenomenal!! There are many other materials at Complete Tile as well, these are just a few of the ones I can remember. You can choose from different lines of handmade ceramics based on the time frame you need the tile in and the style you want. They have it all from very arts and craftsy to tiles with a more modern look. Some things take a little longer to get, but the salesperson I worked with explained this was because the items are handmade and hand glazed. I mean, this stuff really is artwork, so I understood. I did not have the time to wait for the exact one that I wanted because of my construction schedule, but Complete Tile was very straight forward with me about the lead time and helped me find another beautiful option that I like even better than the initial one I chose. My salesperson was there for me every step of the way from helping me out with design to a call on day of delivery. I had been to other tile places to look and there seemed to be a tremendous amount of disorganization. Tile everywhere, lots of paperwork, difficulty getting a sample. Ugh. In my book, Complete Tile really has it together! A friend suggested that I go to Complete Tile when I decided to re-do my kitchen and my bathroom. I could not thank her more for sharing this gem with me!! I will be sure to pass the name along to others looking for tile. Unbelievable selection, beautifully organized store, friendly service.

Cons: too many amazing things to choose from!!

I have used every tile showroom in New York and this is the best. The selection is tastefully displayed with a wide range of materials from very authentic and traditional to the most modern. The selection is overwhelming but has been carefully edited. The knoweldgable staff makes it a pleasure to design a kitchen, not an easy task! The customer service is far beyond what I have experienced elsewhere and the follow up service, when necessary has been beyond the call of duty. I couldn't be more impressed with this showroom.

I only wish I had another bathroom to do. I dreaded the experience of picking out tile and put it off until the last minute but I was immediately put at ease by the design consultant who helped me find exactly what I wanted but didn't know it. I bought the tile and countertops for both my apartment in the city and my house in New Jersey. Two kitchens and 5 bathrooms later, I am a definately a fan.

Complete Tile is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Buyers Beware - when you place an order for an "in stock" item it doesn't mean you won't have to wait 90+ days for it to be delivered. This company is a disorganized mess. I ordered stock tile and had it scheduled to be delivered while my contractor was working on other projects in my apartment. The tile was scheduled to be delivered on a Wednesday and no one showed up or called to let me know there was a change in delivery. I had to call Complete Tile to find out where the delivery was and they said "tomorrow" as if it was no big deal. The delivery did indeed show up the next day but it was only a partial order so the tile couldn't be installed (but I had to pay my contractor for his time). I called Complete Tile again to find out where the balance of my order was and they were unresponsive. After 3 weeks I finally got an answer that the tile I ordered which was supposed to be "in stock" wasn't actually in stock after all. They tried to make me take a tile in a completely different color palette which I refused to accept. I kept going back and forth with them trying to get an answer on when my tile was going to be delivered (they kept blaming the manufacturer for being unresponsive since the order was "so small"). I have waited over 3-months and I still haven't received the balance of my order which, by the way, you're not able to cancel even if they fail to deliver the promised product. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to do so since my experience with Complete Tile has been so awful. Construction in your home is very stressful in and of itself so don't add additional stress to your life but using a company that can't deliver on what they promise is in stock. Good luck if you decide to take a chance on using this company for your tile needs!

We recently ordered a custom-colored tile at Complete Tile, we approved the sample and then realized we'd made a mistake. Graham could not have been more helpful, re-ordering new samples at a reduced cost and offering to help re-sell the tiles that don't work for us. He remains calm, which is a huge plus when it comes to tiles. Additionally, they have a magnificent selection and prices are in line.
