Watch out!!! I got charged triple the price by the dark-haired, boyish haircut sales woman. This is an extremely unfriendly, dishonest and arrogant place to shop. I have shopped here 5 times and this was the worst in my life here. I purchased many different gauges of sterling silver wires and the tall boyish haircut sales lady gave me the worst shopping experience ever. I asked her to cut some more sterling silver wires for me and she had the nerves to say that you already purchased some and why do you need extra? At the same time, she rolled her eyes at me, sucked her tongue at me, and gave her blonde co-worker a smile and they were laughing out loud. When she cut the wires for me, she did not give me the exact amount of feet that I asked for, instead, she charged me triple the price!!! I would never, ever go back to shop at this dishonest, unprofessional place. I wished I reported her stupidity and for cheating me with the price. Shouldnt she be really happy that I am spending more $$$ and being such a great customer to order more wires. Finally, she committed a crime that I should have reported.

It's amazing how much stuff they use to make and design jewelry. If you love to make jewerly more than by someone elses designs this is a cool place to go. They carry jewelry parts and metal tools. They have used and new jewelry parts. You can also pick up some nice spare charms for your collection.
