If you are having a party or if you need to pick up a large quantity of alcohol, this is the place to do it. The store is quite large so there is a good selection and the prices are very good. While everything is very self serve, the experience is a pleasant one. Definitely the best place to go for a keg.

Your kegger days may be long gone, but that just means that you've moved on to better brews (and perhaps a slightly more infrequent use of a beer bong). Which means you've found an asset in Cobble Hill's American Beer Distributing Company, Inc. Founded in 1948, this store offers an astounding selection of amber and dark lagers, British ales, robust stouts, potent dopplebacks, and foamy wheat beer. Great prices, individual and bulk quantity, domestic and imported, and best of all, if you're buying more than you can carry, they'll lend you a cart to schlep it all home.

You want books? There's Community Bookstore on the corner. You want beer and beverage? you come here.
Both stores have an extensive inventory of the very items named on the storefront. Beer and books, what more do you need?
Pros: very wide selection, good prices, weekend hours
Cons: you'll need a cart
