The service of this place was the worst....\r\nFirstly, cash machine was broken on my turn so I had to pay it by cash.\r\nCasher ketp most time with the phone and she didn't check cash how much I gave.\r\nI gave $20 but she though it was $10. I know why she though so, because she was on the phone although the line was too long. I made sure her to get $20 and then supervisor came up and check all of cash in the store. I had waited for 20 minutes and finally complained I need get apology from them. The supervisor said, ""I did""....that's it...\r\nI never come back here...\r\nIf somebody come here, take picture of it before you gave the cash.\r\n

Pros: bad service

.

This place is consistently bad. The photo area and floor around it are stacked with discarded goods and unstacked items. The shelves are usually half empty. The service is slow (be it waiting in a long line for ages or waiting at the photo booth for someone to show up... once I had to go get someone then I got to wait even longer while they debated who would take care of me and then finish stocking the shelves before even coming over). I've never seen this Rite Aid without a long line and that line does not move quickly. You would think that a convenience store would be convenient. Just walk another half block to CVS or Gristedes... I'll be doing that from now on.

Pros: Good location

Cons: Staff, wait time, products, prices, store condition
