      My husband and I had a session with Fred a few weeks ago and learned a LOT (even after reading his excellent book)!

Staying even and never getting injured is an accomplishment at my age but I am probably actually getting stronger. At one half hour session at their studio and a couple of half-to-one hour sessions at my gym per week, big payoff. Slow-burn, unlike many exercise programs, is much easier and better with the trainer -- because high intensity, it helps that they judge what you can and can??t do -- but you can bring some techniques home. Very highly recommended.
