Do not do business here...they tell you one thing and do another, they do not stay in contact with their customers when they are moving to a different location. Just remember you get what you pay for....

What a great little boutique! We would recommend it anytime over David's Bridal. The selection in huge and I found my designer dress for 50% off. The manager was so wonderful and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. She never tried to sway me towards one dress or the other and just let my mom, friends, and me have a great time. Thank you so much for all your service and for helping me find a dress more beautiful than I could ever imagine!

An OK shop, but overall I think there are better places to go. The selection was excessive and the prices were better than a lot of other places, but the salespeople were a little pushy about their products and needed to almost be threatened to let me decide. I liked the layout of the store and the fact that they had more than a few dresses in my size. They need to work on their customer service and then they will be a top notch boutique for lower priced wedding dresses.

A good friend of mine is getting married in August, and she found her dream dress at Something Old, Something New. She ordered it and waited for it to arrive. I should preface this by saying that my friend is VERY petite. No more than 5-ft. tall, and very thin. When her dress finally arrived (much later than she was originally told) it was at least 3" too short, and she could barely zip it up. Long story short, after going back and forth with them for nearly a month, asking to see proof that the dress in fact did come from the manufacturer like that, one of the sales associates informed her that when possible, the manager will try to use the sample gown if it would work with the customer. Basically, the shop attempted to alter the sample (and went too short) and acted as though it was shipped from the manufacturer in that condition. They charged her full price and were going to charge her for alterations as well. The manager avoided any contact with her what-so-ever and finally after she realized she had been "outed" offered a full refund. Fortunatley she found another dress that she liked just as well, if not more at another, more reputable shop and has been treated very well by them.

It saddens me that anybody would try to take advantage of somebody and take away from what should be the happiest time in their lives in order to put a few extra dollars in the till.

PROS: At least one sales person is honest.
CONS: She may no longer be working there.
