Great time and loved the atmosphere. little small but that's what makes it cozy. Mexican was out of this world. Certainly a breath of fresh air after some of our other experience's. Polite and inviting staff with a mellow vibe.

If I could eat at Alto Cinco everyday, I totally would. They have the best Mexican food that I've had in a really long time. The actual dining room is tiny, so expect a long wait if you go at a high traffic time. But the small area makes for a very intimate dining experience. If you're not looking to dine in, there's a walk-up counter and a small seating area for more casual dining. I can't even pick a favorite because everything is delicious!

The staff & food is awesome. Had the tostado & sweet potato fries & a cute Spanish wine. A great value & fun. This from a guy who has eaten @ some of the best around the world

This is a great little mexican place. It has great options for vegetarians and vegans. It gets quite busy so finding a seat may be difficult when Syracuse is in session.

This little hole in the wall has really good food. Kind of Mexican, kind of Tex-Mex, but not. Creative use of ingredients, and fast, fresh food. Tiny place, though, busy on weekends. Great for takeout.

My friend and I were happy to find a mexican restaurant with great vegan options. I highly recommend the Vegan Burrito (beans, rice, lettuce, tomato and guacomole) and sweet potato fries. The portions are generous. Serivce was pleasent, just not over the top. It's a little cramped, but once you're settled in, it's not bad.

Pros: Great food, vegan options, great value for your money

Cons: Cramped seating, mediocre service

After eating authentic mexican in southern TX i guess my expectations might have been too high, but the food was terrible. just because you wrap something in a tortilla shell does not constitute "mexican food" or even a burrito. the meat was suspect in both dishes we ordered and the ingediants all put into the burrito made for a horrible taste. They were big, but also bad. If they would stop trying to reinvent the wheel, see what a real burrito is and just produce that, they would be much better off.

Pros: cute place, slightly trendy

Cons: limited seating, cramped seating, food

Eating in the small restaurant provides an intimate, yet crowded atmosphere. The food was outstanding. Lots of great innovative fish dishes on the menu, plus twists on the standards you expect from a mexican restaurant.
