Critter Comforts

My experience at Critter Comforts the pet store located in Scarsdale, New york was bad. After spending over a thousand dollars on a dog there it turned out to have Parvo an often deadly disease in dogs. My contract is not being honored which stated that my money would be refunded if there was anything wrong with the dog within two weeks. The owner does not return my phone calls and I am forced to take her to court. I do not recommend buying a pet here. It's been a heartbreaking and stressful experience.

The store has an excellent atmosphere with the puppies in bins right in the front. Although the personell can be a bit obnoxious, the overall organization of the store is very comfortable.
