Liked this place right from the beginning. The woman on the phone verified all my insurance coverage info right away, went over what I was coming in for treatment for, and I made an appointment right then - all within a half hour. When I got there I started on time and the therapist was great. She knew in a few minutes what was going on with my back and within 2 weeks I had almost no pain. I still go there once every month or so and have had no relapse. They've been there for 20 years so I guess I can count on them not to disappear!

Saw them online - called and got info and an appointment right away. Everyone there very helpful. Nice office. Subways right there so lunchtime appt was easy. Had leg and ankle pain for months after a sprain. It really helped and I can actually jog again! 5 stars absolutely.

Got an appointment right away and all my insurance stuff was handled right up front. Pleasant office and people. Trains are right there and they have long hours. Plus my neck pain and spasm is gone...I worked with a great therapist.

Nice office with PT medical massage offered. The "hands on" therapy really does the most good and it helped me a lot. I got exercises to do on my own time so I didn't waste an extra hour doing stuff there I could do at home. Treatments started on time and all my insurance stuff was cleared the same day I called and before I went there. Up front office with great therapists.

Pros: Great Location and Therapists, quick appointments

Cons: Opens 10am (not 8am)

Finally - a place that cares!

All my questions answered right away - upfront answers about insurance AND treatment.
Called 4 places before someone gave me info BEFORE I came in! Nice place, easy to get to on your way home (if you take any train). Happy to see results after just a couple visits. Highly recommended!

Pros: quick appointments, great location for commuters

Cons: no 8am appointments but they go till 8pm

Really helping me - Nice location

I've had neck pain and shoulder pain for over a year. Went to a couple places that just passed you around for the money. This place really helped me. THe therapists who've worked on me are terrific. I felt the difference after my very first visit. Everything felt different right away and I've been improving each visit. They gave me some exercises to do at home and with that and the one to one therapy I'm almost pain free all day. Wish I had gone here sooner!

Pros: Convenient, expereinced therapists

Twice a week for a month and I'm 150% better... I can use my arm again!

Had excruciating shoulder pain on and off for a couple months. Every doctor said "Shots". I didn't want cortisone so decided to try everything else first. So grateful to the therapists at Midtown for realyy helping me. Got great exercise instructions and the treatments just really helped me and so fast...
If you're in pain like I was try this place out. A small local office with great staff and therapists.
A-A-A-A-A- Plus!!!!

Pros: Easy to get to - great hours. Really convenient and experienced therapists.

Cons: None yet!

Best Sports/Medical Massage in NYC

Called 11am for and appointment and I was being treated at 6pm! Great staff and therapists.
PT is great as is medical/sports massage. I had severe low back and knee pain. Almost gone after only a few weeks. Will continue as long as they let me as I'm just about pain free. All therapists really knowledgeable with lots of experience in varied treatment techniques and modalities. Lucky to have found them! Convenient hours and location (Midtown off 7th ave.) Up front insurance evaluation verified my co-payment before I went for initial appointment. Dedicated caring staff.

Pros: Had Insurance evaluation - copays covered treatment. Quick Appointment time.

Cons: None !
