Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it, and if you do buy from them, do it with the understanding that if the shoes don't fit, or if they are defective, you are stuck them, period! You might as well treat it as a "no refund" purchase. I've bought lots of shoes from them, but won't do it again. I bought a pair of boots, wore them once, and the heel fell off. They refused to send me a return shipping label and would offer no refund because the boots weren't actually damaged when I received them. Any shoe store I know will refund your money for defective shoes. Lesson learned...They made my "do not buy from" list. I hate that even had to give them 1 star, they don't deserve that!
Boy am I pissed. If I could get to someone at Lovemyshoes. com I'd catch a case today. This palce is the biggest ripoff ever. So did anyone else that ordered from them notice that you canotget a refund on a $20 or less item? Well babay I didn't until I got the receipt in the order. My shoes were to damn big & there is no way I can wear them. Some wise ass named Ryan Fernandez told me that I'm basically stuck wtih shoes & can't use. I think not. I will get my money back some how. They wack ass website is down, so I can't even verify what the refund policy is on the site. Oh I'll be calling the BBB, NY & CA Consumer Affairs & the Attorney Generals office about this crap. This aint over by a long shot. Oh, by the way dont give these clowns any business. You'll be mad,trust me.
I'm actually pleasantly surprised with my experience! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (I couldn't find one of them, by Mixx, anywhere else online in that color - everywhere was sold out!) and then of course I read reviews on them and regretted ordering! I paid w/paypal and couldn't figure out how to the coupon code they offered in the order, so I called them and they called me back and added it!! The shoes arrived (in a completely bizarre box that looked like it'd been hacked to pieces and reassembled, but it was fine I guess!) safely in about a week. 1 pair didn't fit, so i had to return. They were confused by something with the order, but after a few emails and a phone call it was worked out and they sent a UPS label, and I sent the shoes back. It took maybe 1-2 weeks (I can't remember the day i sent it back!) and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed, and they wrote back and then the $ was refunded to my Paypal account! They were pretty nice, though it's VERY obvious that their 'American' names aren't their real names. I wish they'd use their real names, it would make things seem less sketchy, and I feel horrible that they think they have to Americanize their names! Anyway, I'm happy with my experience overall and would most likely order again.
i will never buy from a site before reading reviews if i would have read the reviews i would have saved my time and money, i got a refund but i wanted my boots. they told me they were damaged and they refunded my money. i also read another review where they did the same to another person, they suck i love shoes and i wanted the boots soooo bad, so don't buy from them!!!!
Ordered a pair of shoes in December using a discount code. Received a tracking number and my credit card was charged. Tracking never changed so I contacted them, they said there was a delay due to the holidays, I should have my order within the week.
Today I looked at my account and saw my order's been canceled, and I did not receive an email notification. I called them and was told my shoes were damaged so they canceled the order. I checked the site and the shoes I ordered were in-stock, in my size, so I asked if they could send a new pair. They said they could not honor the original order, I could reorder them myself online.
However, I would not be able to use the discount code since it was expired, and it was 40% off (huge savings). They just issued the refund a couple of days ago, so I couldn't understand why they just couldn't send a new pair if they have it in-stock. The supervisor told me he was "sorry" but there was nothing he could do. I know they just didn't want to send the shoes for such a cheap price. I shop online very often and have not had such a terrible experience with customer service.
Never heard of this store before ordering but thought I'd give them a shot. Not making that mistake again. I highly recommend staying away from them.
I just want to post that yesterday afternoon I placed 2 orders on the lovemyshoes website (each around $300) and I had to cancel one. Then I went and read some reviews and was scared that I would never get my $$ back! But I am pleased to report that it is in my Paypal account already. I am happy about that. I should receive my other order next week, and will surely post again if I have a problem. Also, the online chat person (Gia) was very nice and helped me right away yesterday - and she told me that it may take up to 5 days for a refund, so they did better than expected,
UPDATE: 1/08/10 -- just wanted to report I finally received my shoes - it did take quite a while but my order was correct and I did get a great deal.
I wish I've read about this company on the web before placing my order on February 20th. And the only reason why I placed the order with this company is because I have a membership with Borders Bookstore, and they sent me an e-mail of the specials going on with their partners. Since Borders is such i reputable company, I thought that any (if not, all) of their partners would be just as reputable. BOY, WAS I WRONG!
I've been calling the number on the lovemyshoes.com website since the 23rd, and they've fed me the same line:"your shipment will be on the truck this evening," for 4 days now. I'd talk to a new rep everytime I call, and it seems like they're reading from a script. They have sent me an e-mail from UPS which states that they'ye received my billing information and my shipment would've been here by February 25th, but they have yet to send my shipment out. They've had my money for a week now and have yet to even ATTEMPT to send out my shipment. So I'm trying to figure out what am I truly paying shipping and handling fees for?! I am truly frustrated. I've spoken to the manager, Mike Adams (of which I am CERTAIN is not his name), and he was really rude to me; especially considering that he HAS my money. He told me that I'm not supposed to get my order until 14 days (business days, that is) AFTER I've receive an e-mail from UPS that they've receive my billing information! How outrageous is that?!
I will never make the mistake of failing to look up complaints on a web-based company again! And hell will freeze over THRICE before I order from this company again. Please don't make the mistake I did, please don't waste your time to even look on their website.
If you are looking for a web company who is willing to treat you poorly go to love my shoes. Not only do they let you order, take your money and are then out of stock they also fail to call you back, email you back or let you finish a sentence when you inquire about the order. The manager is rude and the only way I knew I had my order canceled was because UPS notified me.

I agree with Annabelle, if you want to spend money, never receive your shoes, and then 3 months later after speaking to dozens of non-English speaking people, then go for it! This place is for you! No! This is the most awful website and I would never in a million years buy from this place again! I ordered a pair of shoes, waited a month, and received a size 10 navy blue/clear nasty 6 inch stripper shoe, in a shoebox that looked like it had been kicked down the street. I originally ordered a size 5.5 black and white plaid heel. Needless to say, they speak little to no English, and if you ask questions that aren't their guided sheet, they have NO ANSWER!! Do not shop here!!!
If you enjoy ordering more than $200 worth of merchandise, never recieving it, being charged, being credited, then 3 months later, being charged AGAIN for the same order you never recieved - by ALL means, shop at lovemyshoes.com. But if you are the type of shopper who prefers to actually GET merchandise you've ordered online - lovemyshoes.com is NOT the place for you. My advice to all: If you're fond of giving money to a FOR-profit, NON-charity, retail organization, and getting absolutely nothing in return, give your credit card number to the non-English speaking, incompetent folks at lovemyshoes.com - they'll certainly love you.
Well I have to say, that whenever I shop at Love My Shoes, I always find what I am looking for, and the help there is fantastic, I had never had a complaint yet, I was very satisfied with all the sales help whenever I had asked for it, they were very helpful in helping me find whatever I needed, and I will always shop there because they are very welcoming to there customers, and it is a pleasure doing business with them, but the one and only thing that I wish, is that even though I know the shoes in Love My Shoes are so absolutely beautiful, and there is no other shoe stores like Love my Shoes, I just wish they would come down a little in Price, but I have no complaints, but I guess you have to pay for the best, and only the best, so that is why I am one very satisfied customer, and I will always be as long as I continue to shop at Love My Shoes. Thanks for being the most outrageous shoe store ever and thanks to all the help there for being so helpful.

parking for this store is a pain in the neck and the aisles inside are very crowded. however they carry a nice selection of shoes and especially handbags. This is a really nice shoe store for both women and girls. They sell all different types and styles from boots to heels. The staff in here is very helpful. Love my shoes is open 7 days a week and accepts all brands of credit cards
This is a good place to shop for shoes and boots, the quality is good and they have brand names for discount prices - amazing deals to be found here. And their selection is pretty big, I found a number of items that I really wanted. The staff was always there when I needed help wiht a particular shoe size or had a question.
