- The person who checked me in gave me the wrong directions to my room and had me carting my bags all over the hotel. She also told me to call the operator to reserve a shuttle instead of helping me make the arrangements.
- I was surprised that there only appeared to be one restaurant for such a large hotel. (There also is a bar in the hotel but it didn't appear that anyone was eating at it.) I thought the restaurant was expensive. I ordered the Thai chicken salad and there was way too much dressing on it. I was sick the rest of the night, which I attribute to the salad.
- The automated wake up call service did not work. I know I used it correctly because the system confirmed the time I entered. Fortunately, I set the clock-radio alarm so I wasn't late.
- No Wi-Fi
- Limited cable (I think there were less than 10 stations available, including local channels)

PROS: The bed is comfy
CONS:
