Extremely helpful and very honest and caring.
we booked them over a year in advance and every time we called they responded quickly within a day. they were always pleasant and helpful, never pushy and never abrupt! in fact they invited us back whenever we had a floral question. They know their flowers and have always made us feel comfortable when explaining their ideas. They have a perfect order layout that is so very clear and concise as to who what where everything will be set. In fact they seem to have a wonderful orderform program clearly typing out every detail leaving nothing for guessing. Very professional, very detail oriented.
We highly recommend this company without a doubt

Contract is terrible.....lied to us about the color of a flower...wont return deposit...wanted to order flowers to early and they never call you back...Jack is a scumbag...use Port Washington Florist on Main street in Port Washington and ask for Jessica...they were great

Jack and Rose Florists was my most difficult vendor. They were extremely nice and accommodating at our 1st meeting but once we signed that contract and were committed, everything changed. Their "contract" is horrible. Its such a jumbled mess with all sorts of extraneous clauses in there that its very hard to understand what will and will not be included in the price you are paying. They promised a lot but left it out of the contract. When asked about it they were very difficult and made it seem like they were doing us a favor. We're paying for this service! They were very unprofessional and condescending at times. We often felt rushed out of the door and got an overall shady feeling from them. They're demeanor when prospective clients were in earshot verses no one being around was like two polar opposites. I was honestly shocked to find out that they showed up and completed our order. For the amount of headache involved I would strongly recommend AGAINST booking with Jack and Rose!

Incredible flowers I was so Impressed! They were so Fresh, so Creative, so many great ideas, very personable, always there for us! great phone service with voice mail,that they seem to always respond quickly from. I called at the wierdest hours and in a short time i always got a call back. they even made a sample of what we wanted before the wedding.
Craig and I seemed to feel a "sense of caring" from everyone we delt with. thumbs up!!!

I knew from the first moment that I contacted Jack & Rose that I was dealing with professionals. They first saw us after hours, Service anytime, and of course I understood that perhaps weekends were out. They were doing someone's wedding, as they would be doing mine! Prices were always reasonable, and as my mother said, if you add stuff on the price increases, as it does with the caterer, dj, photographer, no one works for free. As a professional that I am, I get paid by the hour, so as I put in more time I charge my clients accordingly. Well Jack & Rose put in alot of time with our wedding and "DID NOT" charge for any more time and attention. In fact it states on the contract that they NOT charge for any different flowers or colors or design. They were great!!!They produced any flowers that I wanted WITHOUT ANY CHANGE IN COST, its on the contract, and they were of such quality that they lasted all week. My mother cared for them, adding water til we got home from our honeymoon. As my friends and relatives called about the wedding, most of the calls were about the flowers. Thank you Jack & Rose. You are truly caring people and florists.

We found Jack to be very patient as well as very creative in what we received. My daughter wanted one thing, my wife another. I, very smartly, stayed out of it, but Jack forged ahead with a brilliant compromise that made everyone happy. The flowers arrived on time, were fresh and looked beautiful. Could not ask for more
(except maybe a deeper discount).

I want to start by saying that I don't understand the negative reviews. Not to insult myself but I was totally neurotic about my wedding because I had to go through planning everything for my wedding from 300 miles away. Jack and Rose were great to me, my mother and law, and my bridesmaids who all at one point were in that shop taking care of things for me. Since I didn't know my exact number of tables when I booked, we did the contract for 13 with an option to extend up to 16 for the same price per table arrangement. We had originally had a mix of small and tall table arrangements which they willingly changed to all tall for no additional charge. They were up front and honest with me about what I wanted and if they thought it would work or not... and in the end... their recommendations were perfect. The sample they showed me was exactly what I got on the day of my wedding. I could not have asked for better service.

Not helpful at all, expected us to be fluent in Flower "lingo" without explanation. Not accommodating with the hours for appointments or easy to work with. They seemed to get annoyed at us when we needed to discuss our options as if we were wasting their time. The arrogance they seem to have about themselves was irritating. Very unprofessional and unable to deal with the public. Should have went with another florist that has better people skills.

I just recently got married and we when we signed up we were expecting b/w 16-20 tables but the contract said 13 tables. So when we told them we needed to add, they said no problem you can add at anytime its no big deal. What they didn't say is we would have to pay a much much higher price and they went from A+ customer service to nasty and smug. One person went as far as complaining about putting gas in his luxury car which he pointed out to me. The flowers were decent but nothing special. We added 7 tables and it ended up costings us almost the same as 13 tables + the brides and bridesmates flowers combined. But they already had too much of our money to cancel. The story goes on and on

i have just gotten married and wish to tell all that this florist was over and beyond helpful! they were there every moment for me, always called me back whenever i left a message, and allowed me to order anything i wanted and helped me acquire these flowers for no charge!!! sure i eventually added on a few "items", but they were NOT on my original so i expected to pay for these EXTRAS, but they were reasonable and always very helpful and obliging. The day of my wedding i was treated curtiously, and service was great, delivered and set up perfectly, as i rec'd the prettiest, freshest flowers in the world! i am very happy and recommend them to the world :)

I used this shop for my wedding. They locked us into a contract and told us we could add anything we wanted, then charged us 3x what other shops would charge to add one bouquet and some church flowers. They also changed their attitude from helpful and kind to very mean once they got our money. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

This is the cutest floral shop! It recently moved to Woodbury road, but is located at the bottom of a hill, so the location is odd and the parking isn't that great. The floral selection is great and they always have beautiful arrangement. Staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Would recomend,
