I had a partial denture put in a few months ago by these people and I still find it fits terrible and they say I'll get use to it...BS...it's too big for my mouth...but the dentist whom I can't even understand is saying saids it's a perfect fit...BS...again...he even pulled two teeth that I believe should have never been pulled..the girls in the office are nice but the dentist is TERRIBLE...stay away from this place I go to Allcare and they are great...and I can understand everything the dentist has to say

.

This is NOT a good place to go.

The waiting room is very large and everything LOOKS decent. . The actual dental rooms are very small and cluttered. the dentists are very hard to understand and impatient. My elderly father went here (and to another of the Aspen group) and was treated like dirt. First bad sign: no handicap accessibility. My father was in a wheelchair and we literally has to hoist the chair up to get him into the place. He can't hear but I was there to help and the dentist refused to discuss things with me nor would he even make eye contact with my father. He told me that my father could not have new dentures due to gum deterioration.

After seeing Dr. Fallon for a sore in his mouth due to the ill fitting dentures that Aspen insisted were right, my father was able to get new dentures from another source and is so much happier, he is pain free and can chew well.

Aspen refused to even try to fit him.

As far as payment goes, they do take people with low incomes and no insurance but their prices are high and their payment plans are complicated.

Even other dentists I know have told me to steer clear of Aspen and I am passing this on to you.

Go anywhere but here. They misdiagnose, overcharge, and disrespect. Lord knows if they are clean and sterile. I certainly don't want to find out!

PROS: Accept low income patients
CONS: EVERYTHING!~
