Cloisters is owned by the met but is very different. It's small with many different doorways leading to tons of sculptures and artwork. This castle was a historical site near the river which gives us an amazing view of the surroundings.
its a nice place to view artwork and a nice landscape with peace.

The only downside are doorways. I get lost all the time! (:

The Cloisters is a fantastic museum to visit in NYC. This castle houses many tapestries and ancient artifacts. As you walk through the castle there is a beautiful garden in the center that you can relax in. It's an oasis in NYC that many are unaware of.
