I have been seeing the "GURU" Eliza since her previous location in Trump tower. She is excellent & knows exactly what to do with my eyebrows, which are not the easiest to work on. She has a team of apprentices there who do all the body waxing as well & they are also great at what they do. Eliza's Eyes has always been a very professional & prestigious salon, but ever since the move to Exhale, things have turned for the worst. Exhale is one of the dirtiest spas I have ever been to & all the employees at their counter are very sloppy & tired looking. You can clearly distinguish who works for Eliza's Eyes & who doesn't. Eliza's staff from the front desk, to the apprentices always look sharp & professional. Eliza is such a reputable name, that it looks starnge to see her in such a shabby place. My recomendation to my long time eyebrow stylist & her team is to seek a new location & dump this "dump"!

I came to see the famous Eliza for the first time in August 2008. I had disaster eyebrows, one too long, one too high, basically BAD. Eliza took one look at me & shook her head. She noted that my eyebrows had been made a mess by my past eyebrow waxings. With a few pulls of her wax & some plucking, Eliza made me look like a whole new person. I have been stopped all over, by people giving me compliments on my new beautiful brows. Also, Eliza's brow definer & gel is a life saver. I have my next appointment in October & I am looking forward to seeing the woman who works Eyebrow miracles.

Im shocked that you are shocked by the many negative reviews about eliza. When that many people speak up (consumer beware) there has to be truth to this. People like good service and are very happy when they get it . No one would complain about good service. And you said all of us, who have had horrible experiences with eliza dont have an ounce of class.I would like to hear what other viewers and customers who have had these horrible experiences think about this.I bet that you are elizas assistant natashia. Talk about class.

I am shocked to see the terrible reviews about Eliza's Eyes on here. I reside outside of NY and come to see Eliza when ever I get a chance to go to the city. I have been going to Eliza and talented her staff for many years and every visit is a delight. Eliza knows exactly what to do when I sit in her chair. As well, I have many acquaintances that see her and I have personally recommended Eliza's Eyes to many very happy clients. She is the expert that they claim she is. Her staff of associates are very knowledgeable and friendly also. To see the horrible reviews below is ridiculous. Elizas Eyes is only for the most prestigious people and it is obvious to me that the people who have made these reviews have not even ounce of class. To come on a website and trash such a talented woman is not only preposterous, but shows low character to boot! For all you high class ladies, disregard those nonsense comments & go see Eliza, the best in the industry!

i was looking for a place to do my eyebrows, i had a big problem, i had no shape, tattoo only. when i came to exhale , to the famous eliza's eyes people, i hoped at least to have some recommendations, but i got hurt by comments about my appearance. it was horrible experience.By my lucky chance ,i found somebody else at the salon Mingle, and it happened to be that i got my eyebrows back with the help of people who care and know how to do it.
