it's funny i called to ask for the owners name and the woman who answered the phone said the owner is not in now. i then asked if i coulod have his/her name so i could write a letter. she then said the owner is not in. i then said i just need the owners name. she then said i don't know the owners name. so i said you don't know who pays you and said you shouldn't insult someones intelligence and hung up. this is what people have to deal with.

I have been coming into your place of business for about 5-6 yrs now and have never had any issues or problems until now. And what gets me upset is this problem could of been resolved very simply and easily. But one of your female employees just made a mountain out of an ant hole.

I came into your establishment on 5-8-10 about 9:45 am to do my laundry. Prior to that day I was in your establishment on 5-6-10 and I had some problems with my card. The machine where you put money on had problems reading my card and I lost some money and the washer and dryer had problems with reading my card. My card is about 5-6 yrs old so yes it??s worn out from being in my wallet and being used a lot.

With the problems(lost money on the washer) I had, the woman who took care of me that day (5-6-10) said she will have to call the mgr and see what she could do. She was able to reimburse on the money I lost on my wash but couldn??t reimburse me on the money I lost trying to add money on my card. Which I said fine?it was only a dollar. She also told me I would need to get a new card since mine was very old. She was ready to give me my two dollars back so I could get a new card but since I had some money left on the card she told me when it??s empty I should exchange it.

So when I came into your place on 5-8-10 another woman who took care of me was very arrogant and unprofessional. She told me I would have to buy another card because of the condition of my card and she will NOT exchange it. We went back and forth with this and I said this is NOT good customer service. It??s not about the two dollars it??s the principle of taking care of the customer. I would think with the cost of utilities??, maintenance and labor every customer would be important. So now for two dollars and more important lack of customer service I??ll take my business some place else.

There are plenty of places like yours and if losing a customer is not an issue for you, well you will do just fine. So enclosed is your card and you will never have to worry about me ever coming back into your business and I will let other people know about the lack of customer service your place represent..
