Oswego County Boces

I have been very disappointed in the BOCES program that Oswego County has for special needs students. It would be great to see some changes made in the program. There is no music or art programs outside of the classroom. They should have these offered, apparently there isn't any money in the budget to hire an art or music teachers. The students need the same education as regular students.
