Very expensive--expect to spend at the least $180. But it's completely worth it. How many bed and breakfasts can you find in the middle of Manhattan? All of the rooms are themed--the best I think is the Loft Room, which has a skylight entrance. The beds are extremely comfortable and you have breakfast in the morning in the main room--the food is your average low-cost breakfast: muffins, cereal, coffee, fruit, danishes, etc...

Pros: Service, Price, Amenities

Cons: Very Few, Often Sold Out

Very comfortable and clean, good size room (skylight room) and cosy common area (the library) where breakfast is held; great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Loved the breakfast (muffins, bagels, cream cheese and jams, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit salad and yoghurts, juice, coffee & tea) and nice touches such as free coffee and fruit during day. Great range of books, papers and magazines. Felt quircky but in a nice way. Minor quibble found the bed too soft for my liking, but guess that's personal preference; and rooms were cold though fan heaters are available in each room. Will defintely stay there again next time we are in NY.
