Prime Time Ii Laundry & Clnrs

I came in on a Thursday and asked if they could have 2 pcs done by Friday afternoon. They said 5pm.
Well... my linen jacket had 2 of the 3 metal buttons RIPPED off it ... they didn't even want to look for them.. but I went to the back and started yelling WHERE ARE MY BUTTONS!
The mgr came back and said he didn't want me there I said well then FIND MY BUTTONS this is a NEW $85 jacket and YOU RUINED IT ! They were strewn on opposite sides of the floor. They never offered to even sew them back on.... I had to take them MYSELF to the tailor and he sewed them on for me.
Previously they had ruined the rhinestone design on a black suit I brought them and what could I do then...
THIS is a risky place to bring your expensive clothing ...
More 2nd Rate Brooklyn stores.. wow ...I was told NY was such a hip / cutting edge town.. nope!
