First this place was quiet small, so they didn't have a lot of room to see yourself in the dress. I ended up standing on a stool in a mirror in the corner. The only staff there was the seam tress so she had NO clue about anything there. We were pretty much on our own, which kind of killed the experience of dress shopping. The bridesmaids dresses weren't that great either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Looking for a wedding dress is a very stressful task!!! Not at Rebecca's. I should have known that from the start. Everyone told me to go there. Well thats where I should have started. Glad I ended up there in the end. What a professional place and very home like. They ordered a dress I saw somewhere else and at a much better price. I would recommend this place to everyone. They also helped with my bridesmaids and my mothers dresses. What a classy place and a great group of employees that are very helpful in every aspect. Thanks Rebecca's Bridal for everything!!!

Well, what more can I say then I went everywhere looking for that perfect dress. When I found it I had to have it. I figured lets go one more place to see. When I walked in to Rebecca's I felt like I was at a friend place. They were friendly and not pushing (unlike many of the other places I went to). I even was allowed to have friends help me instead of staff only who doesn't know what I am looking for. They did not not have the exact dress I needed but were able to order for me for hundreds less than that bigger store up the street. I also felt the dresses were much better quality than the mass chain. The employees were great. They were straight forward on when I needed to order my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. They even offered ideas on how to make the dress for my bridesmaids unique! The store is not overcrowded! The staff can help you design and decide on what style fits you best!!

I have recommended this store to all of my friends and they have all been completely satisfied with the customer service, price, and staff!!

What a great place to go. It makes me wonder why anyone would go anywhere else.

What more can I say than you have to check this place out and make it your FINAL destination!!! They treat you like friends and will help you SAVE MONEY!!! What a great place to go!!

They were so friendly and not pushy at all. I felt like family every time I went in. I have ordered my gown and all of girls gowns and had no problems- we decided to get married 4 months after we got engaged so we could have our fall wedding. Even with such a short amount of time, everything arrived on time and they did a great job. They have a nice selection but if they don't have the one you love they will order it for you and at a way better price than I found anywhere else. Every wedding I have ever been in has been through them and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Try them, you will love them!

Well what can I say....this store is clutter clutter clutter! And it's cluttered with not much! The owners, what they had to offer, and the service is not exactly what I would call "HIGH CLASS". Not to mention the price is well over rated. I've rather go to Keeley's in Baldwinsville. She's got excellent service and very personable.

I have been to Rebecca's for my wedding as well as 7 of my friend's / family's weddings. The service is always great. They actually know you by name. They have a buying service so even if you see a dress somewhere else, they can get it for you. I've been to the "other" places and you can not beat the service before and after the sale at Rebecca's. I will be going there again for another friend's wedding next fall. I guarentee they will remember me as soon as I walk in the door. I am excited to be going back because I know my friend will be in the best hands possible. Thanks Rebecca's for making the stressful time of planning a wedding much easier. GREAT JOB!!!

I would not recommend this bridal shop to any brides. Not only is the store small with limited choices, but the owners are wacked! The owners are dishonest, and there is no customer service. It's all about making a few bucks.

I did not order my wedding dress from them, thank god. But I was foolish enough to order my brides maid dresses from them. I was told my dresses would arrive in time for me to have them altered, and when that time came there was no dresses. When I realized the owner had lied to me, I approached her about the issue and she denied ever saying that to me. Not only did she lie to me, I had to have my dresses rushed and was charged the rush fees.

As you can see, I had a very bad experience with them. Lets just say it got so bad that they called the police department, when this could've been avoided in the first place if they've only been honest from the start. And trust me, this is not the first time they've called the police department on a bride or had problems.

It's really pathetic how they had to lie to me and take advantage of my situation just to make a few bucks. Everyone knows how stressful planning a wedding is so be cautious of this shop. I hope this report will help all the new up and coming future brides.

The quantity is very limited in this shop, but the salespeople were friendly. It seems like a huge space to have so few dresses. I felt that they could have easily fit a lot more dresses and give people more selection. A little pushy sometimes, but overall a good place to see what is available. I felt that unless you fell in love with a dress, it is easy to skip this shop.
