Please see my review for the McKinley Mall location in Blasdell for more detail. This location is just as honest as McKinley. I was in there when a customer brought his car in for a brake inspection because his teenage son thought there was something wrong with the brakes. The customer was completely unknowledgeable about cars & they could have really soaked him if they wanted to but they didn't. I was very impressed with their ethics in this situation. I'd say they are a bit less aggressive with their "suggestions" at this location as well. See my Blasdell review for more details about "suggestions".
