Henrietta Animal Hospital

DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMAL AT HENRIETTA ANIMAL HOSPITAL!! They fed my dog canned food that he was allergic to, charged me for $500 worth of inconclusive 'tests'; after approving a portion of the costs while I was on vacation, they charged me twice what they told me over the phone. When I finally got my dog home, his stomach illness ended within 4 hours of getting him back onto his regular dry food. I left a full container of his regular food with them, and for some reason they decided to feed him their own food and CHARGED ME for it!! On top of that, the vet actually yelled at me on the phone and told me that my dog was not healthy when I brought him in. I'm sorry but when I have questions on a $700+ bill of which I never received a receipt, and was charged without my consent to my card prior to me picking up my dog, I don't need to get an earful from a worthless vet who can't figure out that my dog's change in diet made his stomach sick instead of 'testing' him for an illness. Charged my card on the 30th of the month, seems like someone needed me to pay their monthly rent!! WORTHLESS!!

Rochester's best kept secret..this "small'" small animal hospital is tops in my book...the vet took my late night call aboout Jasper, my best friend who just happens to be a dog... the vet comforted me and gave great advice...I avoided a large emergency fee and saw Dr. B the next am..front desk was warm caring and the techs were compasiionate and efficient..
And I didn;t spend a lot either..I thought the fees were most reasonable

Although they are one of the only vets in the East Henrietta area, I have never had a problem getting my pets in for their checkups and shots. They always provide a warm-hearted service at a resonable price. On one instant they even let me come in 15 minutes after they closed since that was the only time that would work for me at that point in time. Simply great service!

I was so impressed with the team at Henrietta Animal Hospital. They were very kind and compassionate in caring for our favorite Cat, Pork Chop. I would recommend them to anyone. They have fair pricing.
